Just Leased a 2013 ES350..and gave it to my wife for her birthday. I visited the Lexus of Arrowhead looking for either an IS 250 or an IS 350 new. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by everyone there. Not only were they very professional, they were also very helpful in helping me make my selection. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable in his field and had a very friendly personality. He treated me with a great amount of respect and answered any question I had about any of the cars without difficulty.

My daughter and I were shopping for a car and for us this can be a very stressful experience, just by making sure you get the best value for your money. Arrowhead Lexus is incredible. They were respectful of my time and thoughts regarding the car I had been eyeing and at no time did I feel being pressured or felt that I was dealing with a typical "Used Car Lot." I am very particular to whom I refer my friends and clients to as I feel that it is a reflection upon myself. Having said that, I would refer anyone to Arrowhead Lexus and I know that they would be in great hands and will be very well taken care of.

It was a very good experience. Tom cared about me and my car which is an 1999 ES (that I care about). He took the time to thoroughly listen to my description of the noise I was hearing so they could completely fix the problem the first time.

Excellent service and everyone was very friendly. Our salesman, Larry Jones, very likeable and helpful and really enjoyed working with him.

I am 65 and have bought many cars. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. The reason I would recommend Bell Lexus is the courteous and knowledgeable sales staff. I am very satisfied with the car too and have already recommend the vehicle to a number of people at work. I was spending almost four hundred dollars a month in gas. With the CT200H I have driven 1100 miles and spend a total of $93.

I loved our sales person Simon. He was the best. Very helpful and easy to work with. Very nice. Can't say enough about him. He is why we bought the car at that dealership.
