The general manager was very rude, his name is welli, he was disrespectful when I was talking calm with him discussing some numbers and deals , and... the fact my credit score was poor he was trying to take advantage on the situation, I almost picked a Nissan Sentra, I like the blue color, he pushed for white or silver by saying it’s going to coast me more , I was just listening to him calmly and he mentioned to me that according to the state of Florida I will be charge the highest interest rate which is 16.7% once I told him that I think this not going to be OK for me with that high interest rate I was speaking with him respect fully he snapped at me by snapping the worksheet paper got up of his chair unexpectedly and he told me he got more important things than me I have never disrespect him it was really a very bad experience I have been in so many brandnew cars I was always treated fairly and this is my story

To say this dealership went above and beyond is an understatement. Every employee I came in contact with was extremely friendly and I dealt specifically... with Eric, Jerry and Leon who were exceptional. If I owned my own company I would be honored to have employees with such professionalism, knowledge and kindness that those 3 displayed. They truly are a asset to this location and obviously take pride in their job. As a woman car shopping alone I was nervous that I would be taken advantage of but within seconds of being here I realized that was not the case. They treated me like a family member instead of seeing me as a bank account by putting my comfort and wishes above everything else. With this dealership you get more than a great car and I highly recommend it!

I had an issue with roof damage to my '18 Frontier, which had occurred during delivery. After much back and forth, phone calls and letters Troy Stevenson... steped in, discussed the issue with the General Manager (Mr. Santos) agreeing to warranty the all needed body repairs. It was an aggravating process to get to this end point, but, happily, it was properly resolved. A well deserved thank you to both Messers Santos and Stevenson. Respectfully, Ralph Colon
