Jessica Geneva - Service Writer

Jessica Geneva is an amazing service writer. My Q5 showed a warning for brake light malfunction. The earliest available appointment was two weeks out. I showed up as I believe that was a safety issue. Jessica took my car in, got me a new loaner Q5 and got my car fixed later the same day, washed and vaccinated. She really cares about her clients. She’s awesome.

Service & Recall visit

My Audi Q5 needed service and a recall for software. Jessica Geneva, the service technician, made the whole experience very smooth. She was very attentive to my needs and sent timely updates on the progress. Overall, it was a great experience

Customer Service

I have been working with George Rangelove for at least six years on my Q5 Leases. George is very accommodating and has always been quick to resolve any issues of which there have been few. This year I decided to buy my car at the end of the lease and it was a very smooth transaction with no surprizes. I would highly recommend George Range love if you are considering a lease or purchase at Audi Clearwater. He is the best!

The service dept & Jessica Geneva are second to none..!! Had two censor warnings "Brakes & Auto Stop" go off and needed this resolved asap.. Jessica got me in asap and resolved the issue within hr's.. Can not Thank Clearwater Audi Service enough for all of their help..

Excellent Service - Again

Service for Recall and scheduled Maintenance. As usual, Mandy Waters was wonderful in explaining the service timeframe and what would be done. She also indicated that one part of the recall would include a portion of the scheduled maintenance. She also made sure the loaner car was available as planned. I continue to enjoy the best service experiences based on the care and diligence from Mandy.

Wonderful dealership

I’ve been dealing with this dealership for nearly a decade. Everyone that I’ve dealt with has been excellent. Marc Youngsma continues the high standards. One of the standout features of the service department team is the cooperation among its members. Marc was busy helping another client when I came to pick up the vehicle but someone else stepped in to complete the process. This dealership and its staff will spoil you.
