Punctual, courteous, professional
First time going to Audi Clearwater for my Q5 service. It's 10 miles farther than the closest Audi dealer but well worth the extra mile. Marc Youngsma is an outstanding service advisor. Knowledgeable, courteous and punctual, he answered all my questions and provided details on the car status. Outstanding!

Vilius Vainilavicius was the best brand specialist. I had tried others like from Audi of tampa, Audi of wesley chapel and others, and Vilius got me the best deal! He was super helpful and patient. Most importantly, he got me the exact vehicle i was looking for and within my budget.
