Five hours to get a battery with a coupon...$156.00 for a 30 month battery. 2013 Buick and this is the third battery! Brought car in at 7AM, they ordered... the battery from Reilly's and said it would get there at 10AM. I suggested my wife could go to Reilly's and bring the battery sooner, but was told they couldn't do that. Thing is, I could/ should have gone to Sam's and purchased a Duracell 36 month battery for $100 and had it installed right then for free, and I would have been on my way by 10AM saving me over two hours and $50.
Never again will I take or trust this service dept. After my vehicle was in the service dept 2 times (almost 14 days later), the problem was STILL not... fixed. I felt like I was a joke and was not taken seriously. I will find a different GMC dealership to hopefully fix the problem. I will also have my husband bring in the car..maybe then it will get fixed.
I went just to look and see what they had. Cesar was just so friendly I knew that I wouldn't be able to find the same customer service at another dealership.... I never felt pressured into anything, and he answered every question I had with the patience of a saint!
Jason is the best salesman I have ever dealt with, he doesn't sell you into a bad situation and isn't hiding anything. I wasn't able to purchase a truck... a year ago and Jason didn't try to sell me the truck to where I wasn't comfortable, I came back and was able to get a deal with him the second time.
I purchased a used truck from this dealer. Sales staff was very responsive but had no problem over promising and under delivering. Car only came with... one key and the door security code was unknown. The sales team said they would get the code for me but did not come through. This was not told to me until after all papers were signed and I was getting ready to drive away. There also was a grinding that came from under the dash every time the truck was started. At the dealer, the staff made sure the car was running when I received it. I called the dealer and let them know that the grinding was happening and they just said I should turn it in on an extended warranty if I bought one. The fix was a $20 dollar part and in my opinion should have been repaired before the sale. I expect that this sort of thing to be checked over when buying from a major brand dealer. It is obvious they just washed the truck and put it on the lot. The truck was a good price but after spending time at another dealer to get the grinding fixed having a new key programmed and retrieving the code was less of a deal.
This is the second time I have had my car serviced at this dealership. They were professional, thorough, and delivered the vehicle promptly. Keep up... the great work
Had oil change got service to take truck quickly, went home came back after I got called said trucks has some issues said would talk about them when I... got there, got there paid no discussion no body to help just pay. I asked for copy of work needed was refused by cashier. Dont know what the seceret of the order it was work that they could do. I guess it was a seceret.Just pay!!!! not any more looking for new truck and new place to get work done.
Never again............ I dropped my GMC pickup off Monday at close of business so I wasn't surprised when Pam Liberty told me the service department couldn't... get the vehicle out Tuesday. I explained that I needed the vehicle, had other options and if the Vacaville GMC service department couldn't get the vehicle out Wednesday, they shouldn't bother with it because I could take it someplace that wasn't so busy. Wednesday, Pam called me to tell me my vehicle couldn't be repaired today like she promised. She should have made sure YESTERDAY that it could be completed or she should have given me the vehicle so I could take it to the shop we usually use to work on our trucks. I only brought it to Vacaville in the first place because I live in Vacaville. I got some lame excuse that they couldn't have known, blah, blah, blah..... If they didn't know, they shouldn't have promised the vehicle! Now, because they have the truck taken apart and it can't go down the road, the only choice I have is to have it towed or pay them to fix it. Pretty sweet deal for them eh? This isn't the first time Vacaville GMC has disappointed me but it's definitely the last! Once, they did a service on my pickup and didn't check the spark plug gap on the new plugs. The truck ran like crap and they sent it out any way. These people charge WAY too much money for the level of service they provide. Don't believe what they tell you and don't trust the work they do. Maybe I'll get the truck back Friday. Never again..............
My wife and I had excellent service when purchasing our 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 truck. We were at the dealership several times and Fred Rassuli was patient... and helpful in finding the right color and model for us. The dealership building and facility is very clean and nice. We also had excellent service from the accounting dept. where we signed the contract and bought the extended protection plan.
