e had researched several different brands and dealerships to find the "right" match. Car buying is a competitive field and there are a zillion features and benefits with most "packages" that must be taken into account before making the decision to purchase the car best suited to one's needs and wants. Joe spent a lot of time with us before and after the purchase demonstrating the capabilities and various functions of our Q5. I feel we have a good base of knowledge of the many "bells and whistles" of our vehicle. Joe demonstrated and then had us repeat the steps which is important because doing is definitely different than watching. Joe suggested a refresher course at a time of our choosing after we become a little more accustomed to the car. We will gladly accept his followup coaching and counseling. Joe's knowledge and ability to teach was instrumental in our decision to buy the vehicle. His people skills are as good as his technical skills and that made the buying experience fun. The Internet can only scratch the surface of the information one needs to go forward with a purchase. Joe was a great person to work with and took the intimidation out of buying a high tech vehicle. With Joe's help, this was a vehicle we had to have after spending quality time with him. We had the feeling of being in a fun interactive seminar. Joe represented his company, product, and his profession very well while attending to our best interests too. When we took delivery, Joe set up some permanent settings for us as he uncovered what we like from all of the option settings that are available on the Q5. He set favorite radio stations, ambient lighting, mirror and seat settings etc. Joe and Audi were the perfect match for us! Kudos to Kevin Stimple too. Kevin conducted the best "closing" session that we have experienced to date.
