Their 15 day, 500 mile warranty for "... ordinary purposes for which the vehicle is used..." is a joke. I contacted Darius, the salesperson, approx 10... days and 400 miles after purchase to notify him of a defective defroster. He said they don't cover that. Spoke with owner Preston and he refused to honor it. I thought these were good people. They are just xxxxxxx used cars salesmen in my opinion and experience of them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. WE WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT with Notarized Affidavits of date of failure and notarized independent witness affidavit to the mileage as we are in Flagstaff and driving back down 175 miles to their lot would have caused us to exceed the 500 mile warranty. Really a shame. It was only a $300-$600 fix. Now, when they lose, it will cost them much, much more with court costs, attorneys fee, and punitive damages to the full extent the law will allow. Lots of wasted time money and effort when all they had to do was honor their written warranty. A working defroster is certainly part of a vehicle's "ordinary purposes for which the vehicle is used."
