Stay away. I was a victim of scam/deceit while purchasing a vehicle with them. As a first time car buyer take your hard earned money, time, and energy... to a different dealership or a "no haggle" dealership. I was lied to, never given paperwork to look over things, and walked away spending almost $8k more than what I was told I'd be spending. I also got scammed on purchasing "car protection." I asked for paperwork to look over everything and they didn't give it to me to look at and was just told that everything was guaranteed. Don't make these mistakes. This is one of the worst businesses I've come into contact with. I'm telling you these guys are liars and crooks and will do anything to add extra cash to their pockets. Do not be taken advantage of like I was.

I purchased the car remotely and had it shipped to Florida. I was told it was in "perfect shape", no scratches, dents or damage. They had inspected the... car and with only 5100 miles I would expect it to be "perfect". On arrival I immediately say the scratches on the bumper and after a month of requesting a response they continued to ignore me, why not they got my money and I was not a local. When I looked under the car I saw two holes and a bolt that got bent due to the impact. The care WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED!! Adding to the mess they did not fill out the title transfer correctly and I can't get a Florida Title. It's over a month now and still no resolution. They are ignoring the fact that either they were hiding the fact that there was damage to the car not disclosed or they did not in fact do an inspection as they said the "always do". Buyer beware! I would like replacement panels and I would be fine but they don't even respond to my emails, calls and I will assume reviews too. Update - they told me they are not doing anything to make good on their promises. Still don't have paperwork to get my title and screwed!
NO NO STAY AWAY... THEY CHANGE PRICES I saw a car I liked and contacted the dealership. I was dealing with JIN KANG at first, however ISMAIL WHEA took... over. I believe said it’s his manager or something like that, could be a lie. Everything else was. We went over some numbers on the phone and discussed incentives. I told him what I was willing to spend out the door. We seemed to have reached an agreement on my trade and pricing. I dealt with him for literally weeks on an interest rate. We were getting lower with the interest-rate and discussing pricing. He called me to discuss the final price and monthly payment, I told him that I want the price breakdown in writing. He sends me an email with just Numbers. The price was almost $3000 above what we discussed. He lowballed my trade, which they were supposed to pay off. Here I was , dealing with this place, under completely false pretenses. The on the 28th of the month he comes back to me with completely different numbers, not even officially in writing. Therefore if I had gone to the dealership, without a sales order, something on letterhead or official they would change the prices again. You bet they will with this pattern. The story speaks for itself. They are SHADY, CHANGE PRICES AND LIE!!! Do not trust the price as listed. Expect nonsense fees. Weeks of aggravating “sales tactics” and lies ... if you are reading this please STAY AWAY!!!!!! WEEKS OF LIES. Bottom line : SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! The most DISHONEST dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I’ll be posting on Google and the better business bureau.
Waited forever and then received attitude for asking for help. Got sent around from one person to another and still didn’t get all the help I needed.
