This was such a pleasure! This is the fourth car we have bought and it was wonderful. We worked with Chris Santos and he was amazing!
Salesman was fine, cordial. Took all my information before we ever saw the car. Test drive was fine. Price of the car was a bit high as compared with other... dealers with similar vehicles but not bad. The deal came to a halt when they low-balled me on my trade in. They offered a good deal less than the low end of the KBB trade in value.
Bought My first car today and the employees we're amazing very polite and helpful. Sometimes buying a car can be stressful but I really enjoy myself and... couldn't be happier.
My visit was to the dealership in Mobile, Alabama and everyone was very nice to deal with but the offer for my car was $6,000 below what they were asking... for a car exactly the same as mine but a year older. The dealership in Tampa who had the car I wanted to buy sent me to the Mobile dealer for the trade-in. I guess this is their business model but there is NO WAY I could trade with them at their price points.
We gave this company the benefit of the doubt, but it was a waste of time. Very unsatisfied with the way their representatives and managers handle situations,... very unprofessional and unorganized. After multiple vehicles purchased, they continue to have mechanical issues and even attempting to purchase a third vehicle was impossible. Not one attempt was made to make it right.
The repair service at this place is the pits. I carried my vehicle there three times because the check engine light came on, After their so-call "diagnosis"... was done, a part was ordered to fix the problem. Two trips later, the check engine light is still back on. Now the Service Manager will not call back to talk with me about the problem. For quality repair work, go elsewhere.
You will do yourself a favor and not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. The sales process itself is really easy and financing paperwork is also a breeze,... but that is where it ENDS. The vehicles are not quality and once you walk out the door after the first day and have to deal with service repairs on the same issues over and over again you will realize that it is what happens and how your are treated AFTER day one and into year one, two and so forth with a vehicle that are the most important. I will never see my salesperson again after that day, but I have to deal with service and the repairs every day after that.

RESPONSE I BOUGHT A VEHICLE 2012 FROM ONE OF CARMAX'S COMPETITORS IN WESLEY CHAPEL TELL THE YOUNG LADY A GOOD SALESPERSON SHOULD RETURN ALL CALLS FROM POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WHO KNOWS SHE COULD HAVE MADE A SALE (RAQUEL) YOU AND CARMAX MISSED A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY
