"Experience Clear and Simple Car Buying and Selling"
We are very unhappy about the after purchasing experience. We were not given the full pack of keys when makings the deal and were told keys will be sent... to our home. Then in a couple of weeks, we were told that keys cannot be sent. Then we went to CarMax, they could not find the keys. Then we received calls saying they found the key. But when we plan to pick up the keys, they could not find them again! What the xxxx us happening!?
Mike R was amazing. He even traveled to Chicago to bring our car to a different locations so we could see it. I would highly recommend this location.
they were very patient did not push me into anything the service was quick the only thing they talked me into was a extended warranty.. hope I never need... it and hope it is as good as they say Enjoy
When people complaining about the car buying process this wasn’t one of them they were great!!!
Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until... I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.
I'd buy from them again and The cars. Com app was good. Smaller features such as vehicles with homelink should be searchable.
Process was quick and easy. They didn't try to push me around and help me find what I wanted not what they wanted to sell me. Didn't have to sit around... and play the back and forth for hours like at a traditional dealership. I would never go back to the old way of buying after shopping at Carmax. I bought in Tinley Park Il and my sales guy was Jeff Knox. He was really nice and down to earth also because he was a Army Veteran his discipline and respect was amazing.
The cars are really neat up and are in really bad shape.
