I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. John was very helpful and Adrian was the greatest he worked with me every step of the way and he made sure I drove off the lot with the car i wanted. Even more so when I didn't even think or believe they can get me financed and not to mention they put a bow on the car I felt very special and the customer service made me feel very confident I am so grateful for you guys thank you so much CarMax!!!!!!!!!

Great service. Except for
Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Awesome Carmax Experience with Wallace
I had the GREATEST experience here. Quality customer service, very professional! My sales consultant Wallace is AWESOME!! He made the process very easy and I was driving off with my car in less than 2 hours from arriving there. I would definitely recommend this Carmax and Wallace to anyone searching for a car! Please make sure you ask for Wallace, you won't be dissapointed!

Great Experience
I had such a great experience the first time around that I purchase my second car from Wallace Carter at CarMax. Great customer service and good knowledge of the different vehicles. I recommend giving Wallace a call if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Toyota Camry Owner
We came in on a Sunday, May 1 and was greeted by a warm face (Ms. Connie) asked every question she could so she could cater to our pickie needs and wants and shared personal car buying stories with us and she helped my husband and I pick out a 2012 Toyota Camry which I wasn't really thrilled about, however, she started to give me so much information on this car that she ended up winning me over and I am so thankful she did. She informed us she could only hold the car for 3 days, but she held that baby till the following Saturday. We didn't close the sale with her but the young lady she had to take care of us WAS THE BOMB!!! I can't remember if her name was Lachelle or Rachelle but nevertheless SHE WAS JUST AS GREAT!!!! We loved our experience with them and we are so thankful for them that we will forever be SATISFIED CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!!!!! THANK YOU CARMAX ON THORNTON RD in Lithia Springs, Ga. WE LOVE OUR NEW CAMRY!!!!!!

bad auto repair services
I have purchase three (3) vehicles from carmax in the past and enjoyed the vehicles. I have taken my vehicle in to other carmax facilities for service and received immediate and or good service frim the repair consultants. I would say in fairness even without an appointment, i would give the service an extra day due to me just dropping in but Thorton road , Lithia Springs Carmax is the worst i have experienced! my vehicle has been sitting in the service bay for days without them starting on it! I brought my bmw in for an emission problem and it was diagnosed for an bad evap. Carmax replaced it and the service light came back on again for the same thing ! Now carmax say its another evap sensor that was bad instead but remember they had the vehicle for a week now ( 7 days ) , without even trying to call me! I have tried numerous times to contact my consultant. I even left a voice mail but no one returned my call until i spoke to a lead consultant. Its just bad service not to keep the customer informed ! they told me that the service rep found the problem in the evap but have not started on the work yet ! DO NOT take your vehicle there unless you enjoy being deceived or stalled for more time!

A+ for first time buyers!
Absolutely loving the customer service I received when looking for a newer vehicle! It was my first time actually shopping for a car that I wasn't buying outright and didn't really know to much about the whole process which is why I brought my boyfriend along. As soon as we stepped into the building we were instantly greeted by Leroy. Not once was he pushy or aggressive like you tend to think car salesmen will be. Leroy answered all of our questions and I am so thankful he was the one to assist us! We were torn between 2 vehicles, one that the price was 4,000 more than the other and Leroy actually suggested that the lower priced vehicle would be more bang for my buck since it had more to offer. Overall I'm very impressed with this location and if I'm ever in the field for purchasing a vehicle again, carmax will be the one to get my business.

2nd Great Experience buying with CarMax
This is our second time buying a vehicle with CarMax...we have also sold 3 cars to CarMax. This time the experience was as wonderful as always...from START to FINISH...everyone was very nice and attentive....even when we briefly sat in the waiting room...staff walks by and says hello. We were assisted by Alfreda and Adrianna ...both were very nice and made us feel that our business was important and appreciated.I looke online the night before and found a car for us..emailed my request and as I pulled into the parking slot at CarMax..my phone rang...it was Alfreda calling she was replying to the mail...mind you the store had not even opened as of yet......When the did open .....Alfreda was on it ....she had to leave but then Adrianna stepped in immediately and the process went on without a break.....I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Marjorie in the business office ...the managers were readily on hand to answer any additional questions and concerns.....Lithia Springs location was just great place to make an investment
