Deceptive advertised pricing.

Deceptive advertised pricing. Real price thousands more. That is bad enough but I requested an out the door price that included all fees, extras etc. multiple times via email. They ignored my request, instead told me to come see the vehicle. Do not sign without carefully reading it. You'll pay way more than you think.

A little background: I worked in the auto industry for over 20 years (mostly in service departments, but I dealt a lot with sales departments). I'm familiar with the dealership process. My wife and I were just in the research/test drive part of the process, on a Sunday, and happened to see the listing online for a vehicle we were interested in. We called, they said it was available for a test drive, and they texted me the address and hours. We drove there to see the vehicle: when we got there, it was available and ready for a test drive. After the initial check in we went with our sales representative, Victor Garcia Melendez, to test drive the vehicle. Victor was the consummate professional, courteous and friendly without being pressuring. We decided to purchase the vehicle and, even though it was a busy Sunday, they still got us through the purchase process as quickly as possible. Victor made the process as smooth as possible; he ensured the vehicle was ready for us to take delivery the moment our paperwork was signed. I highly recommend you seek him out if you are looking for a vehicle. I had to go back afterwards to pick up some paperwork, and I can honestly say that every single person I dealt with at the dealership, from sales reps to sales managers to F&I, was the soul of courtesy: friendly, very open, and very helpful. I had an excellent experience at this dealership and feel confident in recommending them if you are looking for a vehicle to purchase.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep

I’ve been a loyal customer at Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for four years, purchasing three vehicles and trading in three others. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been frustrating and deceptive. In 2021, I traded in my truck for a 2020 Ram 1500 due to an expensive repair. In 2023, my wife and I considered leasing a 2024 Ram 1500 and a 2023 Dodge Durango. We were hesitant about the high payments, but our salesperson, Pedro, assured us that if we weren’t happy after a year, we could return the vehicles with no penalty—“it would be a wash.” This promise was the only reason we agreed to the deal. A year later, when I tried to return the vehicles as discussed, Pedro completely denied ever making that agreement. Despite multiple attempts to work with him, he became unresponsive. Now, we’re stuck in leases we never would have agreed to without his false assurance. This dealership misled me into a bad financial decision, and their lack of accountability is disappointing. Beware of dishonest sales tactics and get everything in writing. I expected better from a dealership I’ve trusted for years.

The transparency of Airport CDJR astounded me--they

The transparency of Airport CDJR astounded me--they showed me everything I asked for, from buy rate to fee breakdown. Nick Bennet is a rockstar salesman, and Emmet Gaude in finance was incredible to work with. I felt no pressure at any time, and they bent over backward to earn my business and accommodate me--I never set foot on their lot as they even delivered the truck to my home and allowed me to sign my documents at my kitchen table due to my disability. I can't recommend them highly enough.

AVOID TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS JEEP DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE! MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS WORSE THAN ANYTHING I’VE ENCOUNTERED, EVEN AT A POORLY-RATED NEIGHBORHOOD GARAGE! I had a very disappointing experience with the service department recently. My 2015 Grand Cherokee began acting strangely after I dropped off some family at the airport, so I decided to take it to the nearest Jeep dealership for inspection. I left my car with them for two days, but unfortunately, they were unable to pinpoint the issue. After paying $700 for diagnostics, I picked up my car, only to discover later that it hadn’t been properly reassembled. Since it was dark when I retrieved the vehicle, I didn’t immediately notice how it had been left. As I started driving the car, I had to stop at another car shop to check my car. The shop confirmed that areas near the wheel and transmission system had been left open. Additionally, I discovered that a part from the glove box compartment was missing. This experience has left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated.

I purchased my 2024 Gladiator in October.

I purchased my 2024 Gladiator in October. I absolutely love it and the whole experience at Airport CDJ. Ask for Miguel to assist you. He was not a typical dealership salesman. He let me do my thing and find my Jeep, and it was flawless.thank you, we will be back to look at SUVs for mom.
