He was patient and funny as we took up a ton of his time circling the vehicle and pondering. Once we decided to buy, he was quick with the paperwork as was the Finance Department. I had originally gotten a 2016 Dodge Grand caravan. Sadly the motor blew in it. After having it towed back to the sharpest rides, Pool Paul and frenchie really pulled together and were able to put me into another van without any fuss or muss. Frenchie was great dealing with my demands. Definitely would use him again.
