I was a long-time customer but last used vehicle had

I was a long-time customer but last used vehicle had numerous undisclosed issues. Worse yet, I had to pay for the issues to fix. The purchase was fibe, but the dishonesty with the existing problems as soon as I drove it off the lot was unacceptable. Very disappointed and will not be returning to them.

We apologize for your frustrations with the used car you purchased at one of our stores. I can't remember a time when there was a mechanical issue identified immediately upon drive-off that we didn't fix at no cost or exercise a 5-day vehicle exchange.
