One week ago I dropped our car for yet another attempt to correct a chronic problem. After a couple of days I was told they had narrowed down the problem to a bad OnStar antenna. I was told it would take a day or two get one and then it would have to be painted. Last Friday I was told the antenna was in the paint shop. Today we called for an update only to find out it is still in the paint shop. We have been inconvenienced having make transportation arrangements for what I consider an extraordinary number of times. Johnson has disappointed us and we will have to consider this yet unresolved issue before recommending the dealership

Numerous attempts to repair/trouble shoot our OnStar red

Numerous attempts to repair/trouble shoot our OnStar red light from coming on have failed. The most recent effort failed to correct the problem and the red light came back on the day after our last visit. I wish someone would resolve this issue as in addition to being annoying we have little confidence in the OnStar system

Thanks Again, to Johnson Family Chevrolet! On November 18, 2024 I traded in my 2024 Chevy EV Blazer RS AWD (bought new from Johnson in October 2023) for a 2024 Chevy Silverado EV RST. Before that I had bought a 2015 Captiva and 2020 Equinox from Johnson. ALL Great Cars! ALL Great Deals! As a Retired Systems Engineer and University Software Systems Engineering Instructor, I am very glad to contribute experiential feedback as part of the owners group for GM/Chevy EV technology.

I want to give a huge shout and thank you to Johnson

I want to give a huge shout and thank you to Johnson Family Chevrolet in Woodlawn, VA. We had a mechanical issue happen with our truck and was headed to get the part we thought would fix it, we saw the bay doors open to the service department and ventured over to see if we could get assistance. Instead of being told again after the first 10 we stopped to talk to "service is closed, come back Monday", we got the owner, Adam Johnson who said, let me help you out. He immediately got on the phone to one of his technician who was home with a sick baby, he spoke with us about the issue it could be and sent one of his fellow techs to help. Surprised to us, the young man on the phone showed up well as the one he had asked to come in. The young men worked on our truck trying to fix this issue so we could finish running our load of heat supplies to WNC. Needless to say they couldn't fix the issue the same day, but they helped us remedy getting the supplies to WNC. The owner, gave us the keys to a brand new Chevrolet pickup to take the load to WNC, no charge!!!! Glory to God this family business saved us and helped us above and beyond to get the job done. If anyone needs a Chevrolet or is thinking of buying one... Go as fast as you can to this dealership, I can only imagine the service you will receive and support you will receive from them, after they have done this for us. Many thanks to all who helped us there, the owner, Adam Johnson. Jake Helms and Hunter Davidson, the 2 young technicians who did everything they could to fix our issue... You all are amazing and we are so grateful to have met you all.

On August 8, 2024 we came in to the service department in

On August 8, 2024 we came in to the service department in need of a new tire because of hitting something on the freeway (IS77) and causing a flat. We were met by Emily Puckett with a big smile. We had a contract, through Assurant, to cover the cost, and Emily took care of everything--we mean everything. All we had to do was wait in the customer waiting room and Emily took care to the rest. We were many hours from our destination and the wonderful help she provided allowed our stress to fade away. Thanks Emily and all the folks at Johnson Family Chevrolet. Mike and Sue Roe. Geneva, Ohio

Each visit was handled both professionally and courteously. I received appt confirmations and the wait time for service was minimal. Johnsons is my go-to for sales and service. No complaints whatsoever.
