I dealt with Mr. Peterson. I have bought many vehicles in my life, and I have never felt and been so disrespected as I have with dealing with him. I told him where I wanted to be with my monthly payment they could not meet it and so be it, but pushed and pushed and pushed to no end And even followed me to my vehicle If you do business there find a different salesman. I don’t care if you sell it for MSRP or $4000 less at the end of the day it is the final dollar amount and made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about

Brian, I'm truly sorry to hear that you feel you were disrespected during your visit, as this is the furthest thing from our intention. We tried to meet your desired monthly payment, which we could not do in the vehicle you were interested in. When we suggested other options, you were not interested. At the end of your visit, your sales consultant stopped to give you your keys and thanked you for coming in, and we apologize if you took this as anything aggressive. Everyone was great except at cashier…I have more than
Everyone was great except at cashier…I have more than enough GM Rewards to pay for my oil change ($71.) but even with my trucks VIN I couldn’t use them as I had forgotten my GM Rewards password…I was told at another GM dealership all I would need is my email address, I gave that to them but at Belzer’s it wasn’t enough…I had to pay the $71.00 dollars…I’ve bought over a dozen NEW Chevys in the last 20 years, but my contact has left the Chevy business…will I buy my next vehicle from Belzer’s or Chevrolet?…hmmmm…
