    I can’t say enough good things about Elliott Bay Auto Brokers. Up until this point, I wasn’t a fan of the car buying experience but my experience with EBA and Howard (he’s the best) changed all that. First of all, I got the car that I wanted and I feel good about what I paid for it. EBA’s policy of transparency and fair pricing made getting a new (used) car a fun, stress free experience, like it should be. I drove away feeling excited rather than deflated! Howard was polite, respectful, and informative and went above and beyond for me. He came in on his day off to get the deal done with me and I was impressed when after spending some time in the finance office, Howard was still there (after the dealership had closed) waiting to hand me the key. He even stayed late to set up my Bluetooth/ phone in my new car! I feel confident referring anyone of my friends to Howard and the folks at Elliott Bay Auto Brokers and the next time I buy a car, it will be from them again! Their company policy of transparency and sales people like Howard that exemplify integrity made buying a car a wonderful experience! Thank you Howard and Elliott Bay Auto Brokers

    They were very friendly with great experience on luxury vehicles. They helped before and after buying the used car. They have mechanics and paint on site. They have a huge inventory of luxury cars at really hard to beat prices. Even though they did not go down even a dollar still it was the best deal in town so I had no real leverage. Similar car with more miles was 8K more somewhere else 44K vs 52K. After the sale they even had an expert show us all the bell and whistles about the Porsche Cayenne. Good deals great prices friendly staff you can't go wrong.

    I had an incredibly easy, no-hassles, smooth transaction buying my car out-of-state. David Wolfe was extremely professional sending me all the needed paperwork and information on the car. When I arrived the car was exactly like the photos. David took the time to go through the car explaining the features, test-driving, and taking care to detail an area that had been missed. I never felt pressured or rushed during the whole transaction. My experience was A+.

    Fran Swain was our sales person and I have to say, she bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. She made the usual hassle of buying a used car painless. She has a very high energy level and a great deal of knowledge about the business. This facility is huge and loaded with quality inventory. The other staff we had contact with were all professional and accommodating.

    Highly Recommend!!! Elliot Bay Auto Brokers (EBA) gave us a better deal than our own estimate. We planned to sell our 2013 Scion FRS to a Toyota dealership, which they agreed to buy at a good price, and buy EBA's 2011 Benz C300, which my wife wanted. But, Dan Lee showed us the number for the trade-in and it saved us hundreds of dollars more than our original plan, and we wanted aggressive prices for both C300 and FRS. Then, they granted us a 3-day buyer inspection for mechanical issues. Our mechanic said engine was solid but needed coolant flush, left marker light out and front tires installed on wrong side. Called EBA and they agreed to fix those issues at no additional costs, again, car bought "as-is" no warranty. Wow!!! Great service, want to satisfy its customers. Great prices, no haggling, and great cars. Thanks also to Olivia and Gary for their assistance! (Only wished Scott, finance, would give us a loan through Chase, our bank. Another bank gave a better rate but Chase allowed us to make payments directly from our checking account. We didn't need a better rate cause we plan to pay the car off in seven months, and I had a 800 credit score.)

    Bought a 2011 BMW 328i xdrive from these guys. The salesman said he would try to get the second key from the original owners since this car was freshly traded in. Samir, the salesman, said he would call me on the status but never did. Nor did he call me for a courtesy call to see how everything was going as he said he would. Called twice in past 2 weeks and left a message for him but no returned calls. Was looking at another SUV on their lot for my wife but not going to give them my business if they can't even return a call.

    This is the place to go in the NW when you want to purchase a quality car (especially German made) at a low price and with cooperative service. Extraordinarily rare to find that combo of price and a prepared, honest sales staff. No wiggle room pricing was actually a relief. It's up to the buyer to come into this shop prepared. Great selection that rewards the well prepared who know the car they want. Thumbs up or down without regret or remorse. Bill Norcross guided the purchase process without being heavy handed, and called on his colleagues when needed to answer--or to finish answers--in response to questions asked. Again, good experience. Highly, highly recommended.

    We called to see a vehicle. It was waiting for us when we arrived. The sales rep was helpful. It was going good until we spoke about price. The rep returned to us with her finance manager who came out with his guards up. He quickly dismissed us. He was rude and completely unwilling to work with us on price. We didn't even get a chance to tell him what we were willing to pay. What a horrible experience. I would never recommend using these guys. I feel sick to my stomach.
