Do not—under any circumstances—get your car serviced at
Do not—under any circumstances—get your car serviced at Fury Motors St. Paul. This is the short version, because the full nightmare won’t fit here. For context: I live minutes away from this dealership, yet I now drive 20+ minutes to Park Chrysler in Burnsville instead. That’s how badly Fury botched my service. Within three weeks of leaving Fury, my Jeep was back in the shop—and the other dealer had to RE-DO the major work Fury supposedly “completed.” The highlights of the disaster: My car was treated like a tow-in despite having a scheduled appointment—delaying service nearly a week. No hybrid-certified techs available on Saturdays. Rob, the Service Advisor, flat-out didn’t care. He withheld an email I needed for rental reimbursement because he “wanted to get everything done at the same time.” Meanwhile, I was stuck paying out of pocket. Brian, the Service Manager, talked a big game with zero follow-through. My call to reach a GM? Ignored. Rental reimbursement documents were missing for weeks after I picked up my car. Rob sold me a bogus “oil change + tire rotation” package for $185. Surprise—it was oil changes only. The refund took weeks, two reminders, and me giving my credit card number TWICE. Customer service was a circus: one rep took 45 minutes of my time and never followed up, then three more called later like they were the first to hear about my complaint. And here’s the kicker: I filled out the official survey requests from both Fury and Jeep/Mopar—answered honestly, checked the box for “I want follow-up”—and still heard nothing. Not even a token response. That silence tells you everything about how little this place values its customers. The final insult? A cold call asking if I wanted to trade in my Jeep—the same Jeep they’d already mangled. The audacity would be laughable if it weren’t so infuriating. The only people worth mentioning positively were Veronica (answered phones) and Hailey (the first rep I spoke with). Beyond that, Fury Motors St. Paul proved itself disorganized, dishonest, and utterly uninterested in doing right by customers. If you enjoy delays, deception, being overcharged, and having your vehicle “repaired” only to pay another shop to fix it correctly—by all means, roll the dice here. Everyone else: avoid Fury Motors St. Paul like the plague.

Well run, owner present and involved onsite, every person
Well run, owner present and involved onsite, every person was kind, helpful and welcoming, salesman, financial guy, personal, interested in my needs and responding to my requests. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a Chrysler or Jeep model. Even the woman sweeping the floors in the back hallway was gracious in helping me figure out the vending machine. Welcoming place, everyone very responsive. Nice cars, too. ;-)

Bought my jeep here because it was the best local option
Bought my jeep here because it was the best local option due to inventory, certainly not service. Was completely gaslit by the saleswoman--not only on my jeep that we had THOROUGHLY researched before entering the dealership, yet the saleswoman just COMPLETELY outright lied to us on many topics. She then thought it was somehow a good idea to gaslight my husband on his recent truck purchase too, literally insisting models existed with certain features that they literally did NOT. Like, WHY?! We had DONE our own research (thank god) so didn't buy into her blatantly false information or feel the need to argue with her about it but what a BIZARRE "customer service" experience that was--like visiting the twilight zone. Since then, I've had horrible experiences during oil changes at this location--even with an appointment they held me hostage for over 3 hours waiting for my standard oil change to be done & get my keys back. Absolutely would not recommend, particularly our saleswoman.
