    I brought my Buick Lecurne in (which was purchased new from Arrow) to get diagnosed and repaired. Not only did they NOT find the problem, they managed to wreck the front end of my car on the front drivers side. Sure they paid for a new bumper and headlight but now Im stuck with a car with two different looking headlight. Looks like a car thats been in a wreck!!! MY CAR DOES NOT LOOK THE SAME OR BETTER SINCE IT HAS LEFT!!!! STAY AWAY FROM LARRY REIDS ARROW BUICK IN INVER GROVE HEIGHTS!!!!

    Saw a Sierra 1500 on cars.com that Arrow had so we took Friday off and went to check it out. We were immediately greeted and set-up to take a test drive, have questions answered and discuss what we wanted. The sales staff was very friendly, there was little to no pressure to buy, and they helped us get financing that was within our monthly budget. Drove off in our new truck very happy customers. Thanks Arrow!

    We mentioned a bad smell in the truck and was told it was probably the cabin filter. We were asked if we wanted it changed for $50 if that was the problem and we said yes. The next day, the smell was still lingering a little and when we called to inform the dealer, we were told that moisture often gets in there and can cause that smell but they could clean the area and deodorize it for an additional $40-$50. This was never mentioned when we paid the initial $50 to replace the filter. Plus, in my opinion, when you replace something old (i.e. a filter), it only makes sense to clean it out before replacing it with something new.

    I'm not sure who you are so I cant call you but here are the procedures and policy's we have in place, We do not over sell on services we advise on what will be the first line of repair from experience or Inspection results. Odors are more than tough to figure out where they are coming from so yes a cabin filter is the first line of defense and from history the most likely issue. From your review it you said it was still lingering so did the smell reduce in scent if so it may just take a little bit for it to subside if not then I would do the cleaning, FYI this is the same process we do for our used vehicles.     I have a 2000 Buick Regal that is mostly a third car for my kids. Arrow Buick has done some extensive work on the vehicle, not only in physical repairs and maintenance, but a recent failure of an airflow sensor caused us to need an unscheduled repair and Scott accommodated us and got the repair done quickly and us back on the road again. I appreciate the service and will continue to go to Arrow.

    Lots to follow..... My 4 year old truck is getting major door rust due to a defective seal from the factory. Still waiting to see if the dealer will fix it under warranty.. This has been going on for 5 months. I am being told its my fault there is rust. Go figure. Once this gets resolved I will let everyone know how the dealer handled it. Hopefully positive!
