    The staff at Arrow Buick in Inver Grove Heights were friendly and really made sure I was well taken care of. Thanks to Tirso Ramos. I appreciate the hard work that you out in to make sure that I drove home in a nice car. You are greatly appreciated.     Friendly, trustworthy staff! They've went above and beyond every time I've brought my vehicle in. I had an appt to get a full inspection prior to purchasing a vehicle. They informed me of a crack in my exhaust manifold which I was completely unaware of. Due to their information, I saved myself a lot of money by insisting a new one be replaced. (Purchased my vehicle from a small family owned dealership in Forest Lake.) Brought it back to ensure it was in fact replaced with a new manifold, and they informed it was. I will continue to bring my vehicle back for all of my service needs! Nice to find mechanics you can trust.

    I bought a car yesterday and thought the service was wonderful. Ron took me for a test drive and discussed the car and was incredibly knowledgeable and Then Mark went through the sales process and again showed me cars and was incredibly easy to work with. I got a great deal on a great car and drove away with a Big Smile on my face!

    I was going out of town today my oil life monitor warning light came on so I drove in hoping to get a oil change , Chad got it done said no problem and it was done in 35 minutes unbelievable thank you.

    Because I am part of the younger generation, the sales person profiled me as not being able to afford a car I was very interested in. I immediately left after not feeling welcome there. Thankfully, friends and family trust me with assisting with their car buying experience, so I have and will continue to direct everyone far away from this awful dealership!

    I'm sorry you got the feeling you were not appreciated, I have three younger people on my sales staff in new and my new car manger is far from old so I'm not really sure I understand that they didn't give you the attention you deserve? Our training does not differentiate young from old in fact my two sons are an example I use they bought a home one was 21 the other 22 and I in no way helped them with money down or credit they had their own that they earned.     I brought my Buick Lecurne in (which was purchased new from Arrow) to get diagnosed and repaired. Not only did they NOT find the problem, they managed to wreck the front end of my car on the front drivers side. Sure they paid for a new bumper and headlight but now Im stuck with a car with two different looking headlight. Looks like a car thats been in a wreck!!! MY CAR DOES NOT LOOK THE SAME OR BETTER SINCE IT HAS LEFT!!!! STAY AWAY FROM LARRY REIDS ARROW BUICK IN INVER GROVE HEIGHTS!!!!
