I just leased my fourth vehicle from Tom Westcott at Maplewood Toyota. As always Tom spent the time to get a vehicle that would work best for me and my budget. It AMAZES me that anytime my cars have been in for required maintenance , Tom, no matter how busy, takes the time to come over and say Hi and ask about my son. This man is the epitome of WONDERFUL customer service . Plus, he's just a nice person. There are other little things that keep me coming back to this dealership. The smiles and hello's when I pull into the service area. The cleanliness of the waiting area and showroom. ( The cookies are always appreciated ! ) Even , the people at the desk who take my money are nice! I look forward to leasing car number five from Tom Westcott and Maplewood Toyota !
