    Two days ago my RAV4 started making bad muffler sounds. I was worried as the cost range to fix the problem was guesstimated as $60-$2,000. Turned out to be a loose oil cap caused by a non-Maplewood Toyota mechanic at my last oil change. My cost..$0.00. The lesson learned...get the RAV4 serviced only at Map.ewood Toyota. Thanks to Service Guru Chris for his telephone and shop service!

    I would like to bring attention to Mabi, who worked closely with me during the purchase of a 2017 Land Cruiser. Mabi's seasoned demeanor is an asset to your sales team, which is already very good. I sincerely appreciate not being approached by multiple sales people the minute I set foot in the parking lot. I experienced nothing more than a polite "have you been helped?" by the members of your sales team. I was soon introduced to Mabi, by Ann - who called me in response to an internet inquiry I had made on the vehicle I purchased. Ann's call was early in the morning, short, and to the point. Perfect in every way. Mabi did what lawyers are taught in law school when giving advice... give the client the advice they need, without talking to them like a client - by talking to them like a friend. Mabi did so perfectly. .

    My husband and I recently traded cars and the entire experience was very positive. I especially want to commend our salesperson, Tom Westcott. Ten years ago my husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and no longer drives and leaves most decision-making to me. I have never before been the prime-decider in dealing about cars, but I've heard plenty of stories about how women get hassles and no respect at dealerships. For me, those stories were not at all true. By tactfully asking a few questions, Tom assessed our situation and treated each of us with respect and helpfulness. He gave us lots of information and answers and I did not feel any "pressure" to buy or make a fast decision. Giving up one's privilege of driving is a very difficult action for most people, especially for men. I was very appreciative that Tom made a point of including my husband in all our conversations, joked with him, and frequently addressed him by name. A Happy Toyota owner

    Had an intermittent and irritating check engine light.( I've used Maplewood Toyota Service Department since buying my 2005 Prius, and they've kept it humming with minimum non-routine costs). They diagnosed a failing Coolant Control Valve, and replaced it the same day. Running like a top now!
