    My mom and I both bought Kia Souls this last week..David, Shawn & Justin were great to work with:) Shawn went thru everything on car before we left the lot .Evan set up our blue tooth. Fuel tanks full of gas! Have bought many new cars in past years at other dealerships...They send you off with 1/4 tank.. Mr. Barnett evan came over to thank us for purchasing our new vehicles..So overall a great experience.. p.s. if you get a chance , check out Justins socks...:)

    I am a woman in my 30's and wanted to buy a car that only Barnett Chrysler Jeep Kia had at the time in my price range. Emanual the salesman laughed when I asked apparently a dumb question in his eyes, then when I pointed out a problem with a car he said it was because the way I was driving on later proved wrong that it was an issue with the car. When it came time to finance the finance person tried to tell me I was wrong with math got his calculator out and again was proven wrong. Once I purchased my car I finally got a good human that treated me like a human, Chris in finance. He had no issues with me asking questions, but when I asked for a car fax I was never given one. Next they were supposed detail my car, and order parts to add a tow package. My car had food under the seats, cheeto prints on the ceiling, and sticky material in the cup holders. I brought my car back to get the tow package installed, asked for another detailing, oil change, fix auto recline, taking off the decal on the bumper, and fix the navigation as promised upon purchase. They never called me to tell me that the car was finished I had to just show up, when they gave me the car they said they didn't know what was wrong with the navigation, but instead of calling me and asking they just did nothing, the cheeto prints were on the ceiling, decal was still there on the bumper, and the car had only been vacuumed. After showing them that nothing happens when you try to use navigation they said they had to order the radio and it would be another week and i would have to drive 2 more hours back to them to get it installed. No apologies yet mind you, just a blame game. Finally they call to tell me that my navigation parts are in and transfer me to service department only to have nobody pick up. They promised to call me back but it has been a week and they haven't so I did. When I got transfered an picked up they asked if I could hold and I said no I have been waiting long enough. Fought with the lady on the phone for refusing to go on hold, and she fought back and just placed me on there. When the sales manager Bill picked up he said she wasn't being rude and that she was just doing her job. I finally got my appointment made and hopefully the car will get cleaned this time and my car works as promised.

    Ms. Bergson's criticism of the condition of her vehicle on delivery is valid. Our detailing of her car was not complete and the navigation system was inoperative. Our sales manager has apologized for the inconvenience this has caused and also for the long hold times she experienced while attempting to reach our service department. Our staff does have voice mail and unfortunately there are times when we ask customers to leave a message to which we will promptly respond. Ms. Bergson is scheduled to have the new navigation system installed and the vehicle properly cleaned on July 6th and we have told her that we will do our best to regain her confidence in our dealership.

    Had a great buying experience yesterday when buying our new Jeep. My Sales Associate was great, he knew the product, had the answers I was looking for paper work was done in a timely fashion. for those of you who know me and know the years I spent in the auto business know a compliment does not come easy for me as they MUST be earned and Barnett sure did. Special thanks to Joel Sanchez for the great experiences.

    I was greeted at the door by Emmanuel Bosompem and my experience was great. We took a test drive of the vehicle I wanted, we talked over selling price and trade in value. Once we came to an agreement on price, Trevor Urman the Business Manager finalized the deal. By far, this was the best buying experience I have ever had. Emmanuel and Trevor were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend working with them and Barnett for your next vehicle purchase.

    I was deployed and found my vehicle and great service at Barnett Chrysler Jeep. Jeramy and Leon were great at completing the whole process over email (excluding signing the final paperwork). They were able to answer all my questions in great detail and in a timely manner. They were very professional and made the purchase of the vehicle smooth.

    This is in response to my original email - Re: Lack Integrity - Poor Leasing Experience. I was very upset the lack of customer focus and satisfaction that Barnett had initially provided. They have proven me completely wrong. I have been on the phone with the the Sales Manager almost every day for 3 weeks and he has been trying to help resolve this issue - even going to corporate. He has really gone the extra mile since the initial experience. I've appreciated his help and persistence to resolve the issue. Thank you.

    I am extremely disappointed in my overall experience with Barnett Jeep. I recently leased a brand new Jeep Cherokee. After 2 months of ownership, it has become very loud, I've had transmission issues and I'm leery of the quality of my purchase. This is the 5th Jeep I have owned and I have had no other issues. I am not satisfied with this purchase and it is performing much differently than when I bought it. While there is a lifetime warranty, there is nothing to cover customer satisfaction like other competitors that want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. I am not happy with the product they sold me and the response I received was pretty much - I'm sorry, you're stuck in your lease for at least 2 years - Leases are difficult to get out of and maybe you should have bought the v6 versus the v4...Thanks for standing behind your products.... I consider myself a very loyal customer. I will not do business with you and I would never recommend anyone to go to your dealership.

    Megan, We are very sorry you are not happy with the performance of the Cherokee you leased 2 months ago. As we discussed in person at the dealership earlier this week, our service department will try anything within their power to make sure the vehicle is performing correctly. As you told me, they have been polite and helpful, but it does sound like the consensus is that the vehicle is performing correctly. So if it comes down to the fact that you simply no longer like the vehicle, unfortunately as I explained the only option would be to buy out your lease. But as I also explained, typically there will be a large financial penalty to do so only two months into a lease. This will be the case with all brands of vehicles and is not exclusive to Jeep. It's simply the way leases work. My recollection was that your purchase experience here went very well and smooth and again I am sorry that you no longer are enjoying the vehicle. However, I'm not quite sure how the fact that you no longer like the vehicle means that we as a dealership are suddenly a poor place to do business and deserve the negative feedback that was posted here.     Went here because they are one of the few Jeep dealers with Saturday service. Fixed one of the three items I listed for repair when making my appointment and forgot the other two. One of the things they forgot was a front headlight. Tried to get the part at the dealer to do it myself after they forgot but waited 5 minutes at the part counter while no one helped me so I left. Very frustrating experience. I will be going somewhere else during the week from now on.

This dealership is once you sign it's yours no if, ands,or buts about it. The lack of satisfaction guaranty or willingness to work with you triggers a big red flag in my eyes, must not be too confident in there product?...
