I inquired about a loaner vehicle to the service advisor

I inquired about a loaner vehicle to the service advisor he stated there were none available, and I would be put on a waiting list, Monday through Thursday no response re loaner vehicle. Transmission issue was not resolved . Vehicle was not washed, however, I was provided a card for an off site drive through wash.

I should have looked at the reviews before starting the

I should have looked at the reviews before starting the car-buying process from this dealership. It was quite literally the worst experience I have ever had. It started off great; I found a great car for a great price, and they even let me take the car for a few days for free to see if I really wanted it. When I brought it back and was ready to buy, my experience flipped completely. The listing price online does NOT reflect what the price will be. Obviously, I expected tax/title/license fees, but the other fees added were insane and not mentioned until I was sitting there ready to buy the car. They add on all of these packages, many of which are optional, but a few they claim are "non-negotiable"...newsflash, they are negotiable! It threw me off so much that even when I got them down to the price I was expecting, I didn't notice that they upped the listing price by $500 from when I took the car a few days prior. I noticed too late and got scammed $500, and I don't even have a spare key or floormats for my used car. They dragged out the process so much on a Monday night, and it was such a stressful experience for me. If you listen to anything you read on the internet, listen to this...take your business elsewhere! This place sucks. Shady people who are trying to scam you. Stay away!

This weekend, I brought my teenage son in to look at car.

This weekend, I brought my teenage son in to look at car. I was seraching for affordable with a reasonable payment. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Our sales resprentative Terrill “ Torry” Gardner, was outstanding. He truly listened to our needs and provided options to help us make the best choice. Additionally, the finance team clearly explained the best financing options, making the decision esay to understand. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car- they make the buying process smooth and stress-free.

The worst car buying I have ever experienced.

The worst car buying I have ever experienced. Purchased 2024 Sante Fe Calligraphy on 10/31/24, picked up on 11/7/24. The car was returned for repair in 11/11/24 due to a chassis domain control errror with 83 miles on the vehicle. 12/12/2024 I was told my car was ready for pick up. Before I could leave the vehicle the same message appeared in the dealership parking lot. Jan 2025 I was told my car had been repaired and was ready for pick up. However, when I got there to pick up there was a significant ding on the driver passenger door, scratch in the tint on the driver door, every panel that was opened to repair the car you could see scratches and prier marked. I refused to take the vehicle in this condition and insisted they fix it. I also want to mention now my car had 273 miles for some reason. Now 2/18 I finally pick up the vehicle and everything is fix but the scratch in the tint. But now, I’m exhausted and just want to be done with Hyundai. Today 3/18 I go to used the windshield cleaning system and it doesn’t work. Now because I know it worked when I purchased the vehicle, I can only assume this is something they fail to properly reconnect during the repair on the CDCU. So now, again, I have to take it back in for repair. So in total they had my new vehicle over 3months.. I contacted numerous managers and the GM Ryan Rios numerous time with no response. I opened a case with Hyundai Corporate with no real resolution. It’s not eligible for the lemon law because it was only fixed for the same thing 2x vs 4. Ridiculous, to spend this kind of money on a new car and have all these issues and no one take accountability to help resolve your issue. I would never recommend this dealership or Hyundai as a whole as a result if this fiasco of a purchase. I now have a 50k new car that appears to be a headache and a dealership that was pouring on the charm to sell me the vehicle but takes no accountability to definitely resolve the issues I have with vehicle, or make them worse. Save your money, time, and sanity!

My second time to visit the dealership for warranty related service. I am thoroughly impressed by the attention to customer service.
