Subaru of America & Morries Stuck by me

I had a great experience while trading in my 2018 Subaru Outback lemon. Morries and S of A made things right and I am happy with my 2020.

Fantastic Experience, But I Would Have Expected Nothing Less

In my day job, I manage a couple of Subaru vehicles attached to my company. They get swapped out every 14-16 months. I've been having those vehicles serviced at Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru for the last 4+ years. As those services rarely amount to more than scheduled maintenance, I usually just hang out in their comfortable waiting area, working on their Wi-Fi with a complimentary cup of coffee. Now, in that time, I've gotten to know Scott Putnam on the showroom floor as well as through his Subaru rally team endeavors. When the time came to purchase a new (or new-to-us) vehicle, Scott was the only guy I was calling. His no-pressure approach and easy-going demeanor, plus his long-time experience with the products, made buying our pre-owned Outback a breeze. We haven't purchased a vehicle from a retailer in over 15 years, but we'd buy another one from Scott/Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru tomorrow.

It was My second time working with this particular Subaru...

It was My second time working with this particular Subaru dealership and I really enjoyed it. The salesman I worked with was knowledgeable and infinitely patient with all my questions. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Inadequate workers - worst dealer

This dealer has no clue of what they are doing. In every department. It’s almost laughable. When I arrived to pick my car up I asked a gentleman “excuse me” I’m here to pick up my car”. He said oh “ technically I’m not working “ but let’s me see if I can find someone to help you. Nobody here goes above and beyond there duties. They are completely useless workers.

Fix the three recalls on my car

I got three different answers when my car going to fixed. I brought my car at 830 am and called at 12:30pm no one even started on my car. My car was fixed around 6 pm when someone at service center would not until the next day.

Hani was very accommodating with his time. He arranged for times to meet that worked for us. He found a few options for cars and provided information about the cars we were considering. He wasn't too pushy and respected our timetable.

The car is beautiful and is as seen on there website but...

The car is beautiful and is as seen on there website but the people are awful. The guy Chris Wright is not the least bit welcoming and is rude about trying to negotiate a deal. Anyways our case was the car was wonderful but they lack customer services. If I could give That guy Chris Wright Zero rating I would. They all stare too if they see anyone that is not white come in and let me tell you it’s those hard stares so obvious and uncomfortable.
