Quick friendly staff!

My whole experience at Morries was great! They gave me a good value on my trade in, and a good price on my purchase. This is our fourth vehicle purchased form Morries and it won’t be our last.

Great price, great service

Hani was very accommodating, gave us an awesome rate and even helped us get out of the dealership quickly since we had to get to a family Christmas. Amazing service, recommend to all.

Buying Happy

Beth Miley made my day. I had been in the market for a Jeep and looked at several but was not able to get the right mix of time, sales person help and value to work. Finally I saw an ad that one was at Morris’s. I called and Beth was able to answer all my questions about the Jeep right then and there. The weather was horrible and so getting in to the dealership was difficult but Beth assured me she would be available. Around 3:00 I made it in and Beth had taken to Jeep inside so it was “defrosted”. Upon arrival she did double work as she had another customer also trying to buy a vehicle. Talk about double duty! Even though the circumstances were difficult for her she got the Jeep and had it running outside within just a few minutes. She had arranged for a test drive in just minutes upon arrival. We took a drive and were instantly impressed. We came back and after a couple minutes, Joe was keeping us entertained, Beth had completed her work with her other customer and we sat down to complete the deal. I honestly had never had such a well organized and efficient buying experience. All told I probably made it take longer than it needed to but the folks were all very kind and approachable. I am a witness to buying happy indeed.

Easy, simple transaction without a lot of "salesy" pressure.

The vehicle we were interested in was not on the lot, but the salesman found it on another Morries and do we took some time to go over and see it, and ultimately purchased it. Happy easy experience.

No Pressure Great Service

We initially made a request over the internet about a specific car and we received a quick response from Lara. She followed up with us and we met her at the dealership. She made our buying experience comfortable. Everyone through the process was friendly and we never felt pressured. This was our second Morries dealership and our third Morries dealership purchase. I’m sure it wont be our last.

Not happy

Right now I am not happy with your services. When I bought my car last Sat. I did not have my title card along for the trade in. I wrote a check for 20.50 and was told it would not be cashed and I would have a couple of days to bring in the title. Of course it was Christmas week so I was not able to come in until yesterday, Thursday. When I checked my bank statement today, Fri. the check had been cashed. Also when I came in on Sat. I had a copy from the internet that said I would be given a Visa card for $25 for showing interest in a car. I never got that either. Roxy Soll 1305 Landgewood Drive, Minnetrista, MN 55364.

Comfortable, and I got what I wanted.

Beth was comfortable to work with. I didn’t think I was going to buy a car after turning in my lease, but Beth matched me up with a very good fit and it was the upgrade that I wanted.
