I know Scott Thomas and the sales person Chris was very understanding and a great sales men. Everyone was very helpful, and answered all of my questions.

The sales representative (Lara) was outstanding. She communicated well, was courteous, and didn't apply any pressure. The car we bought was well priced and in good shape for being 10 years old. The paperwork was smooth and didn't take long. I drove home happy!

Knowledgeable, helpful and likable staff. No pressure tactics were used. The focus is on finding the best car for the needs and budget. Large inventory to choose from.

Got a new 2020 Forester from Morrie's Subaru in Minetonka. As soon as I walked in Beth greeted me and helped me find the car I was looking for. After showing me the extras and what my options were I put down a deposit and requested a couple things added to the vehicle (fog lights and mud guards). I came in 2 days later and picked up the car. Very professional, pleasant, and clear from start to finish. Honesty and courtesy supreme!

My time at the dealership went very well. This was my very first car buying experience and process was very smooth. The sales person recommended to come in earlier than my original appointment to make the process go faster with it being the holidays.

From initially contacting the dealership, the response was always immediate and helpful. The online manager was able to coordinate an appointment with us to work with Mary in sales, who had the vehicle we requested ready to test drive when we walked in. Mary was very knowledgeable and willing to spend time with us to find the right vehicle. I would highly recommend the dealership and our saleswoman Mary to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru.

The service I got was great - except for my trade-in value. I was told they at best would list my car for 2k during negotiations, and they turn around and are selling it for 4k on their website. So they dramatically undervalued my trade-in. I get that a dealership has to make money, too, but they could be more generous in this regard. They also don't proofread their paperwork too carefully so I had to make a second trip to re-sign a bunch of documents after I bought the car. That all being said, Lara was great and I'm loving my car!
