Friendly and responsive. truck was promised and delivered in the promised schedule. The 2 year maintenance coverage is a plus

Great Service

Great service as usual. Also, we were given good faith warranty for part needed to fix issue that van was brought in for- very thankful for that.

Great service

Knowledgeable and courteous customer service. There is a Very pleasant waiting room atmosphere. Very little waiting time. Got right in without appointment.

The person checking me in I believe was Tyler very quick snd helpful in explaining and not pushy. All the staff friendly and waiting area clean and comfortable.

Burnsville Toyota: Great place to buy a car!

Burnsville Toyota is amazing. Tom Decker answered our phone call on the first ring at 8:30 on a Monday morning and followed through until we drove off the lot in our new Prius. Excellent customer service. His explanation of all the new features of the 2021 Prius was thorough and easy to understand. We are so pleased with our new vehicle. Dominic Martinez did a super job explaining the financing and made sure all our questions were answered. Everyone on your team has such impeccable manners. This is our seventh Toyota and the salesmanship is as good as the product. Such a rarity. We couldn’t be more pleased in the way we were royally treated. The Prius is so much fun to drive and the mileage is beyond amazing.

Exceeded expectations

Dealership was well organized. I was greeted warmly with no pressure, and escorted to the desk of the sales rep with whom I had an appointment. Enjoyed my salesman and the finance manager - both were pleasant and neither pressured me. The vehicle I came to see was clean and ready to go. Appreciated the tour of the service department as well.

THE 2 sales people that I have had contact with,, Jason and Luis were extremely helpful. This is my second Rav4 and their personal attention to this senior lady, was so appreciated. I love the dealership and the maintenance departments. Most of all I love Luis and Jason and of course, my car! Thank you all for your wonderful service.

Good service

The service advisor worked on a bill issue and resolved it. I was charged for a new battery as well as a clean up of the battery. Just wanted cleanup. Took a while because of a slow printer once she ascertained what was wrong. She was very good at her job!! She was very pleasant and helpful with general questions in addition to resolving the billing problem.
