Jake was awesome!

Jake was awesome! I would recommend him to anyone. Today, I did recommend him to my banker who will now beginning bringing his Civic to Burnsville Honda. I scored the service a 4 star because when I was picking up my Civic, there were grease stains on both the driver's seat and the passenger seat. In the past, mechanics would put plastic down to prevent their dirty clothes from soiling the seat. My seats are cloth fitted and light colored, which will show stains clearly if precautions are not made. Jason tried to clean both seats and the driver's side is acceptable, but the passenger side still has slight grease stains. When I bring my car back for service, I'd like the stains addressed again. Thank you!

I had a hard time in the beginning of our journey, but

I had a hard time in the beginning of our journey, but mostly because it was a complex transaction. After going to the dealership 2x I finally landed with Travis, the finance manager who went out of his way to find definitive answers ensuring we had an amazing experience during a really hard time (death in family). Amazing communication! Then Ryan Pettipiece (sp?) went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with our purchase and even put the new plates on our car for my dad. I felt so seen and so well cared for—you honestly have NO idea what all that empathy and communication meant to me and my dad. Thank you!
