Ordered an ID4 July 2022. After delivery delays from VW that didn’t work for us, Luke Klingson worked with us to find another ID4 that met our needs. He was communicative, helpful, and understanding. No pressure leading up to decision to buy, supportive sales and learning process, available and very responsive for questions large and small before, during, and after purchase. Emily in Finance was professional and friendly - made the process smooth and easy. Also interacted with the Service team who were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. All in all, a great experience. I recommend working with the Burnsville VW team if you’re considering a VW.

And we had an attractive residual price which we exercised at lease end. There must be something in the Lakeville water because everyone I've met from there is super friendly, open, and direct. Linda Radue is the best! I just leased my EIGHTH Volkswagen from Luther Burnsville Volkswagen.
