The process was very smooth from start to finish. The amenities are great. Everyone is friendly. Temi was one of the best salespeople we have ever worked with. He was organized, professional and very knowledgable.

Wanted to see how much they would give me for my trade-in since I was interested in one of their cars. They tried to nickel and dime the xxxx out of my 24 Civic, mind you I got offers of $5k more, as is, from somewhere else . If I did the same thing to their car they wouldn't like it too, this goes both ways. The Detail: My 24 Civic has added accessories like front lip, side skirt and a wing. They wanted them removed, if not I'm losing $5k since they are wanting to sell my car as certified. The car I'm interest in is new(FL5 Type R), so by their logic they need to front the cost of my wants, since I need the car to be winter ready. Has only summer tires so needs replacement(all season tires $2k), needs front PPF($2k), needs rust proof($800). and so on. If they doing it for their personal gain, why can't I. They act like it's okay if we get screw.
