Ben and Suburban Chevy made the car-buying process completely pain free. I communicated with Ben through a few emails during the day and went to the lot the later that day and purchased the vehicle. He knew everything about the vehicle I was buying and zero pressure. This was my first experience with Ben & Suburban Chevy and I couldn't be more pleased. Other Chevy dealers had pricing way above what Suburban had and some of those dealers were even brash over the phone and didn't even seem to want to work with me. I will forever be a Ben & Suburban Chevy customer.

So I just bought a car from here and I got to say this was the BEST!! Car buying experience IN my life. Troy is the most AMAZING SALES PERSON I've ever had. He bent over backwards for me for days until I got into a car. Even after I got frustrated and wanted to quit..He wasn't pushy, he was VERY knowledgeable about everything. It was like buying a car from my dad. I will recommend him and this place to everyone I know looking for a car. The best thing was he didnt SELL me a car, he HELPED ME! Get a car and for that I am eternally greatful. Love him to death. THANKS TROY I OWE YOU!!!

Nice ambiance both inside and outside. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Troy Greer is a down to earth sales man honest he's not just about making the sale. He asked good questions of me to make sure he was doing right by my situation. Seating was spaced extremely well for Covid protocols.
