CarSoup had a NISSAN Maxima at Apple Used Autos Shakopee and I went to this dealership hoping that it was still available. Within minutes after arriving, I was warmly greeted by Shaun Williams, one of the salespeople. The Maxima was available, so we went for a test drive and I was truly impressed with Shaun's extensive knowledge about NISSANS. In fact, he knew quite a bit about cars in general which really helped me compare similar makes/models to the NISSAN Maxima. After talking with Shaun, I knew that the Maxima was the car for me. He even made the financing go without any problems. I brought the car back to the dealership to have undercoating and sealant applied to protect my vehicle, and Shaun was there to tell me exactly what was being done. The car was returned to me looking like new! Shaun is the perfect salesman...down-to-earth while still being professional, listening to what I wanted in a car within my budget and not pushing me into a higher priced vehicle that I couldn't afford. And above all, he's honest. I've had the Maxima for almost two weeks, and I can honestly say that I've never been happier with a car purchase, and I've never had a better car salesman than Shaun Williams!

Everyone there was fantastic! The customer service was great and every helpful. The overall feeling of the dealership was above what I've seen in other dealers. Everyone there worked great together and was happy to help. I am going to recommend them to other people and might also get another car from them down the road.

I just wanted to say Jed was a real pleasure to work with regarding the Ford Eplorer we purchased. If we had any issues with the vehicle Jed took care of it right away. All the staff at apple auto treated me good. I picked out a ford 2005 escape that I found online. I went to the dealer, looked it over and bought it. The car ran great. After I had it home about a week it was acting funny. I took it back to the dealer long story short they tried to fix it for free. But the car was in need of an expensive repair. The people at Apple said not to worry and to have a look at all their dealerships and pick a new car. Eric my sales guy was so great. He spent four hours with me. We went to apples three locations we test drove every vehicle I was interested until I found the right one. A newer 2008 Escape. Eric Never once tried to talk me into a car he was not in a hurry he was not pushy. But he was instead in helped me find the car that best fit me and my needs. I tip My hat to all the workers there at Apple Suzuki. They took what could have been the worst car buying experience ever and made it my best. The sales staff was great but don’t forget the shop guys. Tom and his staff really took good care of me. Even though I live one and a half hours away I will be bringing my car there. I know I can trust them to do what’s best for me. If you are looking for a good used car apple auto is a great place to do business.

After crushing the Apple Group web site and finding the car i needed, I drove to the dealer (Apple Suzuki) and found the people there extremely friendly and helpful. After buying the car I thought was the one, I got it home and realized in fact it wasn't the car I wanted. I right away visited the web site and read their policy's and terms for car buying with them and they in fact have a exchange policy. One phone call to Steve B and we found the right car for me and made the exchange without a hitch. I'll surely e doing all my car buying business with the Apple Group in the future.

I had a great buying experience with my salesperson, Bob G. I bought a Kizashi SLS soon after being quite impressed by the test drive. Bob was an easy going guy and went the extra mile to be sure I was informed and content. I liked the rest of the staff as well. My wife now has her second Suzuki SUV, loves it, and has been having it serviced at Apple Suzuki. That's how my interest began. I've met the service guy and the parts guy and got a real sense of their care not only for a great long term service relationship, but for the idea of spreading the word about what a remarkable car Suzuki builds. I found the vehicle I wanted online and it happened to be at Apple Suzuki. Called for an appt. to come look and by chance was routed to Bob G. What a great guy to work with! The whole crew was open, honest; never had a hint the "slick car salesman" bit. They just helped me get the car I wanted at a great price.

I found the vehicle I wanted on line at Car Soup. I called Eric and he arranged a my trade in, financing, and I was in my new vehicle that very day. The dealership even helped me switch some equipment to my newer vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience.
