    We just purchased two used vehicles from Jeff, a Terrain and an Impala. It was the best car buying experience we've ever had. No pressure at all. He was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles he showed us. We will definitely go back to Jeff for our next vehicle.

    Audio quit working took it into Roseville Buick/GMC on 06-22 they could not find a problem picked it up quit working again, dropped it off on 06-23 they said after driving it over 40 miles no problem they did radio reprogramming with STS 2810335 and added software with USB picked it up still not working 06-23-2016 The audio features have stopped working numerous times. Nothing works no blue tooth, no radio, not even the noise for the turn signals. Had it in for service 3 times and they said they have a program issue. I bring it into dealership when I have this problem they say that they can't get it to stop working, every time I pick it up before I get home it stops working. I get a message on the heads up display saying no audio and it shows a mute display which is not muted. This vehicle is still under warranty and I am entitled to a loaner vehicle when I leave it and I get the line we don't have any. I took the car back the same day before closing when it quit working after I picked it up they said my service adviser would call me the next day I get a call over a week later whats up with that? Now it has not worked for over a week and a half.

    Saleswoman Michelle Englund is top notch! I had been looking for a newer model, used, SUV for over eight months before I started talking to her. She answered every question, walked me through every step and thoroughly explained every single model and their options. She is a very hard worker and very knowledgeable. I got exactly what I wanted. I had been looking for a GMC Terrain. I researched every car site and every dealership in the Twin Cities and they absolutely had the best price! When I had an issue the owner called me personally to get everything straightened out. They really do care about their customers which to me, was crucial for such a large and important purchase. I cannot say enough about the quality, the price and the service of this dealership. I would recommend it to my family, my friends and to you. Let my research and experience save you a lot of time and a potential disaster. My particular vehicle came with a lifetime warranty which gives me peace of mind since repairs can be expensive. Some dealerships offer nothing, so if you drive off of the lot and wheels fall off, it's not their problem. The salesman actually told me that exact thing after I purchased my last SUV. So this time I was intent on finding the right place to spend my money. Also I'd like to recommend you spend a little extra, if you can, and get the accessories you will need since we live in Minnesota. The Weather Tech floor mats are a must for winter! I also got the splash guards which blend right in with my terrain but do an excellent job of keeping the winter muck from splashing up the sides of my terrain and if you want to protect the front end of your car, I highly recommend the Clear Shield, it's amazing! Roseville Buick GMC cares about their customers and they have everything you need all-in-one place. I am a customer for life.
