As a woman, I’ve often dealt with what may be unintentional gender discrimination when it comes to anything vehicle related. This was not the case at Luther Westside VW. My salesperson was kind, intelligent, and informative. He treated me with respect and candor. We have been a part of the Twin Cities Volkswagen community for over 40 years. We have owned Rabbits, Scirocco's, Golfs, GTI's and Beetles. The vehicles have all been reliable and have held their resale or trade-in value. In turn we have been religious about maintenance and have always used Volkswagen dealerships (mostly Burnsville and Westside) for servicing. The service departments have been honest, helpful and friendly--have never felt misled or lied to. The sales staff have also been folks you can count on.
