After walking away from a car accident in my 2016 Golf S just a few days earlier, I was looking for a 2018 Alltrack, only planning to test drive a couple models. Brad is an excellent listener and he heard the disappointment in my voice with how much the user interface had changed since my 2016 model. I was so happy when he suggested the used certified 2017 Alltrack they had at the used lot. It's perfect!

Luther VW Westside was a perfect experience for me. Jim was incredibly helpful in getting me the car I wanted. I was looking at GTIs and he was knowledgeable about the car and it's capabilities. He was comfortable with me opening it up a bit on the test drive and was not "pushy" in any way. He was understanding of my wants and needs and wanted to help me get the car I wanted. After making a decision, it only took a couple hours to set up financing, do all the paperwork and have keys in hand. I completely forgot the name of the person that set up financing for me (sorry). He was nice and had a fun story about being a former boxer. He also gets 5/5 stars from me. If my next car is another VW, I'll definitely be going to Luther VW Westside again.
