I recently purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado from this so called dealership. It was at about 5-6 pm and I get you don’t buy something you haven’t checked over. I looked at everything or so I thought I did. Anyone know how a vehicle looks once you drive it in the snow for a couple days? Well it had that salt/snow look on the truck. I purchased the vehicle and I got it washed the next day. I took it to work and my boss said did you see this scratch? It was behind the rear wheel well on the passenger side. There’s also a very nice scratch behind the rear plastic mudflap. I called this so called dealership to get it fixed 3 TIMES!!! 3. And they said they can’t buff it out and gave my wife a paint pen. I myself didn’t take it in, my wife did and they just gave her a paint pen. After a month or so later I called them back because after I thought about it more they should take care of it not me. The guy said if it was noted you’re responsible for it. If it wasn’t noted we can probably get it taken care of for you. He checked to see if it was noted, and it wasn’t and he said that I’m responsible for it. And that it’s been 3 months there’s nothing I can do. That’s a load of xxxx. They knew about the scratch. Yes… as a buyer that’s the one thing you check over. Well… it was at night in the winter time and it had a little bit of salt/snow mix on the side of the truck especially behind the rear wheel well on the passenger side. And they won’t take care of it. They are so quick to help out new customers on purchasing a vehicle, but the minute there’s anything wrong with it that the buyer didn’t know about… oops sorry you’re on your own. All I want is them to be honest and say yeah we can do that for you.

How much will it cost?
Been doing business with Northtown for decades. Oil change prices have increased over 300% in the last few years, still went there. Now they are charging me for using a card, and no mention at any time until paying the bill. They have lost a customer over a few bucks.

No, they were busy, no guys available (their standard response when asked to provide any customer service). Fine. I called USAA and had it towed. The driver was there in less than 15 minutes,,so my Explorer was at the dealership less than 30 minutes after I called with the problem. I got a ride home from my grandson. TWO DAYS LATER (how long does it take to change a battery anyway?), I get a call saying my car is ready. The bill is $175.... $175 AND TWO DAYS TO CHANGE THE BATTERY IN A KEY FOB, AND DROP AN ALREADY-PURCHASED BATTERY IN THE ENGINE. I called six other dealerships in Yankton, Vermillion and Sioux Falls and asked what it would cost for the fob battery and installation of an engine battery. FOUR OF THE SIX SAID IT WAS A NO CHARGE COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE. The other two would charge $25 and $30 respectively to install the engine battery. So, yeah, stay away from these guys..especially if you're a woman. The dismissive attitude, the utter disregard for you as human being (much less, a customer), and the outrageous charges are blatant and offensive. Seriously, my old Cadillac has had the power door and seat "fixed" six times. You guessed it...it doesn't work. Again. The check engine light stayed off for a whole five miles after that $300 service. Find some other company...any other company. These folks are not deserving of your patronage or your payments.

DON’T KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY VEHICLE!
I purchased my truck there thinking that they would take care of it but after my last oil change that they performed I now have a door ding in my rear passenger door and a dent in my upper grill, looks like the weight of a knee leaning on it caused this! I know for a fact that these were not there before I took it to them because I completely detailed it just before taking it to them! Even though the truck was spotless they washed it anyway (WHY) so I had to detail it all over again and that is when I seen the damage that they did! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE AND I WILL SPEAD THE WORD!
