    NOt long ago I purchased a used Saab 9-5 turbo from Morries with well over 100,000miles. the car was in immaculate condition and very resonably priced. I ended up purchasing an extended warranty do to the high miles and the car is for my son to take to college. to make a long story short, the water pump went out recently and it just so happend to be covered by the extended warrantly with a small deductible. Morries was very accomidating with the diagnosis, ordering the part and making an appointmentr for me that worked, they even shuttled me around while the car was in the shop for a few hours. the service and courteousness that I received was really over and above any I had ever received from an auto dealer. especially on a used vehicle. Morries has a customer for life with me and my family.

    Bill was not pushy and was very helpful throughout the whole process. He was upfront and honest from the start. His customer service did not stop at the sale, as he retrieved and sent me an after market part that I had forgotten to take off my trade in. The ease of getting a great deal without haggling or any car salesman tricks that we've experienced elsewhere and the level of service from Bill has hooked us on buying from Morrie's for life.

    I purchased an SUV in April from Justin the Sales manager, I was from out of state and drove 4hrs to buy this SUV. Before driving that far I pulled a car report, it stated there was a lien on the SUV, when I asked Justin I was told the lien was paid off as they can???t sell a car that they don???t have a title for. I was told since i was from out of state I had to have a cashiers check to purchase. I drove up on a Saturday and purchased the SUV, there were a few things I was not happy about such as the tires were weather checked and the SUV was not detailed. Paperwork that i had filled out before my arrival and emailed to the dealer was redone once I arrived taking more time. Clearly they weren't organized. I wanted to take care of my state tax and licensing myself. They assured me it would be a "seamless" process so I didn???t need to worry about the hassle of going to the DMV. 1 month after purchasing I still had not received my plates. I called my state DMV to find out the paperwork was never received, I called the dealer to find out they sold me an SUV and they didn???t have the title. It is now June and I had to call again still no plates. The dealer uses a 3rd party company for this service so it takes longer, the 3rd party company also sent a prepaid envelope to my states DMV and the plates got sent to them instead of to my home. Needless to say I had to go to the DMV and pay for new plates and for a 2nd temporary license tag. I just got my plates because I took care of it myself. I will never purchase from this dealer again as they did nothing to help/resolve this issue. Justin was rude and condescending. He was unwilling to resolve this issue. I honestly can not believe GM would allow this dealer to treat customers in such a way. I also can not believe this is legal to sell a vehicle when you don't posses the title. I am so disappointed in the dealer and how they handle their business.
