    NOt long ago I purchased a used Saab 9-5 turbo from Morries with well over 100,000miles. the car was in immaculate condition and very resonably priced. I ended up purchasing an extended warranty do to the high miles and the car is for my son to take to college. to make a long story short, the water pump went out recently and it just so happend to be covered by the extended warrantly with a small deductible. Morries was very accomidating with the diagnosis, ordering the part and making an appointmentr for me that worked, they even shuttled me around while the car was in the shop for a few hours. the service and courteousness that I received was really over and above any I had ever received from an auto dealer. especially on a used vehicle. Morries has a customer for life with me and my family.

    I was very impressed by the high quality vehicles and service I was provided with as I looked to purchase my first used minivan. Other places I had looked did not have vans in good condition like the used van I looked at from Morrie's Cadillac. They also let me take it to a mechanic for a second opinion and were willing to make needed repairs before purchasing. And when I wasn't quite sure if I was sold on a specific vehicle, there were many other cars in great condition to also check out. After only about two weeks of looking, Chris got me into the perfect car that I could not be happier with and for just the right price! Financing was also super easy and quick. Thanks Morrie's Cadillac!!

    Here we go! I purchased a used vehicle from Morrie's Cadillac late last summer. After Two weeks I found that it needed repairs that were obviously there when I purchased the vehicle. I was seriously considering bringing the vehicle back for a different vehicle. I had purchased a third party service warranty when I purchased the vehicle. Because of this both the sales staff and financing advised me to wait awhile, then have the repairs done through the service warranty. At the time I thought perhaps it was a good idea. I parked the vehicle for the winter as it needed tires badly, and I thought it would need an alignment. In the spring I took my vehicle to a brand name dealership the same as it's make for an alignment. They found it needed $10,000 worth of repairs! I went back to Morries Cadillac and advised them of my situation. They volunteered to pay for my suspension parts on the front ( approximately $500 ) and them also advised me I should wait and have the other repairs done through the service contract after time had passed. I contemplated this, and decided I wanted no part of this deception with the warranty people. First of all, I cannot believe that Morrie's didn't know about my vehicles needed repairs. When they sold it to me. Secondly it is unthinkable that Morrie's would wish me to deceive the folks that sold me the service contract, by letting them think my defects happened after I purchased the vehicle. So far to date, four different persons at Morrie's advised me to be deceptive, and seek preexisting repair payments through my service contract, which I refuse to do. Now here I sit with a vehicle needing repairs close to what I paid for it. I haven't heard anything from Morrie's for close to two weeks now. I'm sure they hope I will silently go away. Absolutely unbelievable! What kind of business are you running Morries?

    We actually ended up purchasing a Yukon XL from a different dealership due to looking for a used vehicle in a specific price range and Morrie's didn't have one in that range when we needed to make a purchase. However, we received outstanding service from Nathan Hofer and would readily recommend him to others. He was professional, kind and patient with me and my husband in his dealings with us. We are sticklers for service and Nathan provided excellent service.

    Went in for a 2009 Ford Flex. Needed car inspected for Uber and Lyft, so they let me take the car to have that done, and expecting nothing because of their comprehensive safety inspection. After the inspection, a major front axle issue, and driver rear shock leak was found. Keep in mind, the inspectors are oil change techs that have gone through training, and are double checked by ASE mechanic. The people that do OIL CHANGES spotted these safety issues. The front axle issue, if the part failed, would likely cause loss of steering. Total bill $1115. They showed me both issues, and I'm not a car guy, but you could see grease pouring out of both issues. I figured something minor may need to be done, so I budgeted some money to get minor things fixed. I'm not happy that these issues passed their safety inspection, so I leave the paper and they keys and leave the dealership. I get a call that they are willing to do conditional sale, and fix these issues. I figure OK, they want to make it right. Drive back, and when I arrive he says they will fix half of what is wrong. He informs me after he told me they would fix everything, the manager then said to him they would fix half and I would pay for half. Didn't bother calling me with this new info. He also says that mechanics are SUBJECTIVE, and another mechanic would find other things wrong with the car. What?!? I say they agreed to fix it. He then says he has to talk to manager. Then says we need our service writer to see if they can afford to fix it. I left again. I don't trust at this point that they will actually fix it at this point, or they will sell vehicle and then say there is nothing to fix. Staff is friendly, so 2 stars. the sales associate shall remain nameless.
