    Never had a complaint! I went to school with Craig so I know he is a good guy! First car purchased 1977. Over the years we have had Monte Carlos, Camaro, 2 new suburbans, Blazer, HHR, GS Corvette, and last wk 2014 Chevy truck all from Strosnider's. Craig,sales,service dept they all work together as a team. We have got quote over the years and always ended up back at Strosnider's. We have all of our cars serviced there and never had any complaints. If they don't have what you want they will find it for you. Thanks Strosnider's! Linda and Richard Hayes

    Friendly techs at the dealership they do an excellent job at what they do would love to have them work on my car all the time but I'm unsure about that because I dropped my car off it was a pretty quick turn around time for a diagnosis but I was never informed that they came up with a solution to the problem until 4 days later. I was having with a oil leak so I had to contact my service advisor about a week and a half later after wondering if anything happened with my car so I was informed that it needed a seal never was told a price I called 2-4 times to figure out a price never did VERY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS not professional at all and worst part was that I wasn't told a price on parts or labor then the car was fixed about 2 weeks later without any word of approval from me and was expected to pay a bill when I didn't even know what happened or what was fixed already threw money down the drain for the first attempt at the repair here and I feel like they believe I don't need or want to have my car back

    I did not initially have a great experience. I ran into a salesperson that did not work with me to get me into a truck. Later that evening another salesperson called and inquired as to why I had not made the purchase and was determined to get me into the truck that I was hoping for. This salesperson worked with me and was able to completely fulfill all of my goals while purchasing from Strosnider. I had a wonderful experience.

    Kevin's thoughts: Shockingly poor service at Strosnider Chevrolet in Hopewell, VA today - we went online several days in advance to make a routine service appointment for 8 o'clock AM 28 May - we even received a confirmation call two days ago confirming we had an appointment at 8 o'clock AM - we dropped the car off the night before so it would be there first thing in the morning - we left our phone number with them to contact us if anything went wrong or if they found any problems with the car... ...4 o'clock the afternoon of the appointment no phone call, no text, no email and guess what, the car has not been touched - not happy. Four failed attempts to get someone in charge on the phone to help me understand how this happens - no explanation, no insight, they just lost sight of their 0800 appointment until I called them – not happy! What’s the point of an appointment process if it’s dysfunctional? Not likely to return.

    I have been to this service department twice and have had a great experience. Jeff was professional and very helpful in keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs that my truck was having done. Everything was perfect. The service manager pulled my truck up for me upon me leaving. Thanks for a great experience.

    It saddens me that my family has been Stronider customers for over 10 years or more yet when we bought one of our vehicles in for service , the service worker asked if the car or myself had been there before. My husband was in there days ago with what we consider the luxury car before if goes back into the garage and my son had his oil changed in his truck . I do understand you see a lot if customers. But we have repeatedly visited Stronider for all our services and have recommended other retired friends, military and civilian both to Stronider , John, Burl, Jeff can't name too many others as they don't speak much rarely a good morning I believe Good Customer Service is Knowledge of skill, Professionalism and knowing your customers by Name "will not hurt " unless you forget who you're dealing with ; even worst fail to recognize via your system this is a faithful customer . The discount comes in knowing your loyal customers , that makes us feel we're getting more than a service even if we don't get the smile ! Mrs Newman US Military Retired Ps. Please Do not lose any more of the good guys , knowing us , good service in a timely manner , keeps us coming back and purchasing cars. Oh or a truck or two !!! Thank you listening

    The parking lot is overflowing with cars for repair I assume, the state of the parking lot is in need of repair, badly. I scheduled service, that guy was nice enough, only to be told to come back in the after noon by that guy, who was still nice, it would be an hour and a half before they even get to my car. Why schedule me then??? Not going back here, taking my business 25 miles up the road, happily.
