My car would not start. The service department gave me instructions on a couple of things to check. After determining that it wasn't one of those, they came to my office and took the car back for more diagnostics and found that I needed a new battery. Once that was installed they brought my car back to me. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and pricing. This is the third car I've purchased and had serviced at Partner's. I have always been treated very well and could not be more pleased.

The attempt to correct the original issue was unsatisfactory. I gave taken the truck in twice and both attempts were unsatisfactory. The cleaning on the truck was really good. I h Ave already called Lisa that the same issue is happening again. I am very unhappy with Partners Chevrolet !!!!

The Master Technician did a post-repair test drive, and there was no sign of your concerns after your last visit. The next step in addressing your concern is to take the Master Technician on a ?drive-along?. This would be beneficial for both of you, and enable us to move forward towards complete satisfaction with your vehicle. Partners Chevrolet Buick GMC wants this for you! Because we realize that having a vehicle in for repairs can be problematic, we have always provided a Dealership Vehicle for your convenience and will continue to do so.
