Customer service at this dealership is always friendly, easy, timely and exceptional. I appreciate their accommodating me every time I come in. I hate
to say they know me, because it sounds like I'm there all the time, but really it's just that their service people care.
Over all the service has improved a lot., The only issue is this is the second time I have gotten in to my jeep and it has the odor of stale cigarette
smoke, I don't smoke so I can only assume that the tech or some else that drove it to the service area or from the service area does.

I have never had a problem when needing service, which is not often with my 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8. Rarely have had an issue that couldn't be address
ed the same day. If it's going to be more than an hour, they are always willing to give me a ride home.
The no sales push approach was a welcomed relief as while I was in the market for a new vehicle, I wasn't fully committed to purchasing something that
day. Jay was honest and forthright throughout the entire process (also a nice relief), and that made it much easier to pull the trigger. My vehicle had to come in from another dealership so I wasn't able to drive off the lot that night, but that was OK. The only real problem encountered was with the trade in of my old vehicle. It had an out of state title and that proved problematic for you. This was handled rather poorly and borderline dysfunctional. Ultimately it was resolved but not without multiple return trips back to the dealership and can unnecessary trip to the DMV.
