    I so appreciated the leasing experience at this Toyota dealership! Much of the pleasure is due to the expertise of Andrew Hemmelgarn. His knowledge of the Toyota products as well as the leasing process made my walk-in -- without an appointment-- time efficient and easy! I found him professional, respectful and a pleasure. I was out the door in my new 2017 Corolla in approximately 2 hours! Kudos also for the Credit officer who was very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Carlson Toyota as a first-rate dealership ¿

    I recently bought a used vehicle from Carlson Toyota after observing and comparing prices over the internet for several months. Their prices were competitive and agreeable. With little negotiation I came to a mutually satisfactory price for a very nice 2014 Toyota. The salesman I recommend working with is Feliks Fryman - a true low key, no pressure professional. I drove 50 miles to get to Carlson and I would do it again. Many thanks to a decent dealership!

    I would not let these people fix my bicycle. I Purchased a Rav4 from a private party. A condition of the sale was that the vehicle pass inspection. I brought the vehicle to Carlson Toyota and waited patiently while they completed the inspection. As I remember the cost was about $100.00. A few months after purchasing the vehicle I took it to Costco for new tires. Costco informed me the tires could not be replaced as there were a large number of lug nuts stripped. They feared that removing too many of the nuts would shear enough of them that the vehicle would have to be towed. I brought the vehicle to an independent shop for repair, 11 of the mounting studs and all the lug nuts had to be replaced. I did not make the connection immediately, but the next time I was in for an oil change I realized these were the last guys to take the wheels off for the vehicle inspection. I got the attention of Carlson’s service manager, he apologized and assured me that Carlson Toyota would make an adjustment. He had me send him a copy of the invoice where I had the vehicle repaired and sent me out the door with a free oil change. About 2 weeks later I called him asking the status. He assured me they were working on it. He never called back. You decide, is this a place you want to do business?

    I have been coming here for service on my 2002 Camry for about 15 years now. I have dealt mostly with Scott Beckman in the service department and have been completely satisfied with him and of his professional treatment of me. When it came time to buy another car I gave Carlson a try and that's when I met big John Stejskal , he was a great and very personable. He answered all of my questions and those that he did'nt know the answers to, he said he would find out the Answer which he did and got right back to me, he was a great salesperson.     I dropped off my Rav4 for interior detailing, did any of job but couple spots were missed/not cleaned well, to top it all the older lady at the customer service desk was extremely rude. I was the last customer, so I guess the level of customer service had dropped. She threw my credit card back at me and did not help when I called to check to see why ni one had called me that my car was ready and it's almost 6pm. Am one disappointed customer. After I filled out the survey, I got one call from a Scott to call him back, and I have called more than three times and given them my name and number, no one has bothered to call back or maybe the messages hasn't been delivered. All in all, I am extremely disappointed with their services
