Buy from Amber at Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge!!!

We bought our 2021 Ram TRX from Amber Genardi. My wife and I came in on a Saturday looking for a Ram Limited or TRX, by Tuesday Amber had secured a TRX for us to purchase and drive home. Amber made us feel welcome, important and relaxed. It is a relief to have a sales person that listens and doesn't just try to sell us what's on the lot to make a quick sale. She goes above and beyond which is very important being this is my first Mopar purchase ever and looking to buy another in the very near future now! She is my sales person from here on out period. All around from the finance officers to the service and accessories dept. have my appreciation as well Thank You!!

Amber there’s a terrific liaison when buying a car-I have a unique situation where I live almost 3 hours away from the city. Amber drove my new 392 wrangler to my front door from the cities and delivered it to me with white glove service… this has been the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience and I will definitely return.

Once again impressed with Amber!

Amber is the best! We went back to her for the second time and was once again impressed! With our busy schedule, we were able to get in, find what we wanted, do the rest online that afternoon, come back before close that same day to close the deal and drive off with our vehicle! She was helpful, responsive to messages and very informative! For someone who hates buying cars, she made it so streamlined and efficient, easy and painless! I highly recommend her!

Purchased Vehicle

Another vehicle sold by Amber, our fav person!! She always goes out her way to be sure we are getting a great service! Keep your customers informed

Big new state of the art facility that appears to have decreased in service. My experience did not even start off right, when I brought the truck in the evening before my 8:00 AM appointment. I later learned that my appointment was to meet with a service advisor and NOT to actually start the work. Work was missed on the check-in that was listed on the initial request for appointment. Additionally an alignment was performed but when "excessive corrosion" was found, rather than contact me about what might happen, they proceeded and subsequently broke the steering linkage causing and additional $1100 of unexpected parts and additional work - causing a day plus delay. I was told they would try to help me a bit on the parts cost, but a few checks and balances, that did not happen. Although listed, the curtesy wash did not happen and I went directly to the car wash from the dealership. The complimentary vehicle inspection was either not done or paperwork was not included. After driving the vehicle for a bit I have my doubts that the alignment was completed correctly. Very disappointed especially when my bill unexpectedly double to nearly $2300 dollars.

oil change gone wrong

drain plug was only hand tight, i have oil puddles over new concrete driveway not a peep from anyone at dodge, not very good service

Amber Rocks!!

Bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Coon Rapids Chrysler. Amber the Internet Manager was awesome to work with. She helped me complete the majority of the process online, so I was in the dealership for less than 90 minutes to take delivery. Had an issue with a leak about a week later and Amber was took care of the whole process- even offered to drive down to my home and leave me a loaner if the leak got worse. Truly impressed with her dedication and how she goes over the top for her clients. Will definitely do business with her again.

BAD SERVICE

I have bought numerous vehicles from this dealership and have referred numerous more, but that ends now. I had brought my truck in for service on what I thought was a transmission issue. The dealership deemed the truck ok with a $1,500 repair to solenoid pack, and was told the truck had a clean bill of health. I then had the same issue a few months later, and brought the truck back them. They looked it over and came back to me with needs a new transmission and the cost would be $8,000 to complete. I questioned how a 2500 with 100K could need this? I do not pull anything I just drive a big truck, I was told by Steve Clark "he wishes he had a crystal ball and knew when tranny's go out" and there was nothing you could do for me. I was able to get them to take my original payment off of the cost to replace the transmission. This did get me to question why they would do this and the pricing, I then called other Ram dealerships to get pricing for the transmission and there cost came in at a total of $5,400. I then called Coon Rapids and informed them of the difference, and then had to send them the quote to prove to them they were over pricing me. I had to get a flat bed to pull my vehicle from Coon Rapids to the other Ram dealer to get fixed. Coon Rapids then paid the other Ram dealer my previous payment towards the replacement of the transmission. This whole process of mistaken diagnosis and over pricing has made me have the decision of never buying or recommending anybody going to this location again. SHAME ON YOU COON RAPIDS
