I have owned only GM products, but have always visited Coon Rapids Chrysler Jeep Dodge to view the great looking cars, SUV's and Trucks. Even though I... was not in the market at the time, the staff at CR C/J/D has always been happy and willing to showcase their wares. After driving these cars while renting them in Ohio (because of the willing help from my friends at Coon Rapids Chrysler), when it was time to buy, I ran over to CRC! I drove seven cars, and bought a GREAT 300 Limited! Everyone at the dealership worked their butt off to make sure everything went right! Thanks again CRC!
We drove around the Twin Cities most of the day not really finding anything we were looking for and happened upon a newly unlisted used vehicle at Coo...n Rapids Dodge that caught our eye. Our sales associate Amber happened to be walking through the lot right at that moment so we inquired about it... and to make a long comment short, we ended up buying the vehicle that day. Amber was great and very helpful throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend her and Coon Rapids Dodge to prospective buyers. Thank you Amber!!!

They are by far the rudest people I have ever had to deal with when it comes to there parts and service department. They don't return phone call...s, they don't answer the phones. you sit on hold forever, when you go in there they treat you like garbage. Save your self some time and find another dealer. They only care about making a sale, once that is done they don't care anything about you.
