10,000 Mile Service

In and out in 35 minutes - oil changed, tires rotated, fluids topped and brakes checked. Every time we have been in for service it has always been efficient, friendly and helpful for keeping both the older Camry and the new Venza in top shape. Thanks as always for making it an enjoyable experience!

Buying a good used car painlessly

My experience was a dream. I was looking for a used hybrid and started with the Camry's. Ann showed me the two used ones she had available and we drove one and liked it. She answered all my questions, including the mpg which wasn't as high as I had hoped. I then asked about the used Priuses I saw on her list, which were comparable price-wise and she took me around to find the one I was interested in. It was literally just been placed on the lot after cleaning it. I took it for a test drive and grabbed it. Ann was helpful, able to answer most of my questions and when she couldn't she'd confer with others. She wasn't pushy, which made me stay with the process until I found what I was looking for. It was a WONDERFUL experience, and far different from the last time I bought a car. I got what I thought was a fair trade for my Corolla, and walked away from the dealership only paying an additional $6,000 for a PRIUS!! I love this car, which is in excellent shape. I also purchased an extended maintenance plan, which I wasn't pushed to sign. I just thought would be easier for me. All in all, an excellent experience. Ann was great.

Recalls on Rav 4 Not a problem

Brought my 2010 Rav4 in for an oil change and tire rotation after work and there where two safety recalls open on this model. One of them required 2 hours to perform the inspection and repair. I couldn't wait for the repairs that night but my service mgr suggested I leave the car overnight and offered a loaner car. The next day after work I drove the loaner into the service bay write up area and was cheerfully greeted and instructed to go directly to the cashier counter. It took only 10 minutes to drop off the loaner, pay the service bill and get my vehicle back. Normally I would rank the customer service as being good but this time it was exceptional so I ranked it 5 stars.

Honoring a promise

When purchasing a used Prius in 2010, the dealership encouraged me to purchase the Luther extended warranty as they would provide me better coverage and service than what I would get if buying the Toyota warranty. That was tested recently when I had some equipment failure that isn't normally covered under a warranty. Luther Toyota honored that promise and covered these parts. Their service department and customer service manager are top notch; I needed to get in for service right away and the manager actually helped me get in sooner than I hoped too. Their work was done quickly, and I was out of the garage within one hour's time. Thank you for great customer service and service department.

Excellent service

This service was another example of the excellence I've observed at this dealership for the last 15 years I've been doing business with them. The entire service staff, including Steve Miller, are professional and friendly.

Kudos to the whole service department

I have had nothing but excellent, professional service from this dealership since I started taking my vehicles there for the last 15 years. Now I have more good things to say from my last visit. The service was as expected, excellent, and the cost was way less than expected. I will recommend these guys to anyone needing car repair.

getting someone to help me was like pulling teeth!

When I walked in to get my oil changed I was turned away by several "busy" men and had to look exasperated to get someone finally to help me. Then I had to go looking for someone to help me when my car was done. The desk ladies sent me out to talk to the men, the men sent me back into the ladies. Everyone seemed too busy to help me and like it wasn't their job, even though I was getting extra service that day. It was less than satisfactory.

Dealer review

We recently bought our fourth car from Toyota city, and up till now, our experience was always excellent, that's why we kept coming back. With this fourth car, the experience was quite different. First, the sales person we worked with initially (Bill), seemed to be in a hurry all the time, telling us how tired he was. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that had all sorts of dents and scrapes that we did not know about. Lucky enough, we noticed these issues as we were getting into the car for the fiorst time, and brought them up to the sales person, but again, he brushed us off like it was not a big deal stating that since the car wasn't brand new, we had to compromise and keep the car as it is. We then ended up requesting for another sales person (Keith), and the financial manager (Josh), who did an excellent job getting us into another car that did not have any damage. We are now happy prod owners of a 2013 Toyota Sienna, thanks to them. We have worked with Josh and Keith in the past, and they are excellent people so we hope that our little bad experience will not ruin the trust we have built in the past with Toyota. Thank you

Fair, Courteous and Respectful

The sales person Bruce Smith was very polite, courteous and mindful of my time. It was a 0% hassle buying process and within just 2 hours, I had traded my car in and drove the new car from their parking lot. Highly recommended dealership for anyone looking to buy a car. I felt their trade in offer and price of the car I bought was fair. How many dealerships can you say that about. Very pleased indeed.
