    I drive past a Nissan dealership that is next to my house and go about 20 miles to Morrie's Brooklyn Park Nissan. It is well worth the drive as the service department is excellent both in quality of repair, waiting area and friendly service leads. Anita and Chris in particular have made it a point to know me and are very friendly and professional. We will be getting our next vehicles here and continue to get all service work done here.

    Other than the "let's see what we can do for you" finance process, it was a pleasant experience. And they came up with a rate to match my credit union! There were some mechanical issues with the car that were dealt with before and after the sale and left me a 'buy happy' customer

    Buying a car should always be this hassle free. I came in looking for a used car and ended up with a brand new 2016 for a few hundred more. No high pressure just friendly professional people and all of the added after sale service benefits make it a no brainer! Thanks Morries

    I did all my research online, settled on a Subaru Impreza as the best AWD high MPG choice and saw tat their clearance deals meant a new car was likely as good of a choice financially as a newer used model. Morrie's no hassle pricing was in the range I had seen online, they were able to get me an extended warranty (I have a long commute) from the OEM while still keeping the price and my payments where I needed them to be. My Salesperson was new but it was clear she was well trained. The finance guy made a small mistake on some documents but caught it quickly and resolved with no issues. My only other slight complaint would be the pitch to give the salesperson all 10's on her review. Ironically that pitch is the only real reason why I might not.

    Very disappointed on several occasions. Thought I'd give them a chance since they seemed like nice guys. Waited 3 hours (after being told routine service only takes about 1 hour) -- everyone must have gone to lunch and forgot about the 4 or 5 of us still waiting for our cars that happened to be just standing there and ready to go! Moreover, they did not help me with the pesky issue with my Subaru which I brought in 2 times before. I must be on their black list now. I am going to take the suggestion of other reviewers and take it elsewhere. Truthfully, after dealing with 4 different issues with my Legacy, albeit small but annoying, in the first year of ownership (!!!) if I ever venture to buy a Subaru again, it will not be from them. Buyer beware.
