Came to Crestwood Auto Sales because they had a Honda that was priced below the competition and wanted to make sure it was the real deal and it... was. It also came with a power train warranty. I was very happy to make my deal and i will be back.
Great experience! Brad was very helpful and made buying a car easy and stress free. I especially love the fact that they offer a warranty! You don't... see that often when buying used cars! Highly recommend!
Bought a 02 tahoe and its been great have had for a yr. and have only had to put brakes on it,now lookin to buy a car for my daughter and will go there
I’ve bought a few cars from them over the years. Always been a great experience and would buy from them again. The owner always goes out of his way to... make sure I’m getting the best deal.
This dealer had a specific make/model/year listed for sale, both on cars.com and on their own website. A 1998 Saturn SW2 wagon; the VIN listed on both... sites and the free Carfax referred specifically to this specific make/model/year, and the picture attached showed an SW2 wagon that was even the same color as my wife's (which we need to replace). Traded a few emails with the dealer; when I asked a couple of specific questions about the car, I didn't get a reply, so I called. Whoever took the call told me "No, we don't have a Saturn wagon, we've got a couple of Saturns but no wagon." I figured, well, maybe they sold it, so I tried emailing again to verify. Got a prompt reply saying "Yes, it's still for sale," but when I emailed back asking for details, got a reply saying "No, it's not a wagon. don't know why there's a picture of a wagon." BUT… the VIN and the Carfax report ARE SPECIFICALLY FOR AN SW2 WAGON. did they maybe have one in stock at some point? I can't figure out any other way they would have that specific VIN and that specific Carfax. Whatever the answer to this mystery is, this doesn't reflect well on this dealership. (I started to give them ONE star in the review, but I decided hey, they're human. They handled this very badly, and two stars is still a negative, but I didn't want to skew their rating so dramatically based just on this. I can't help it, I'm a nice guy.)
I sent a inquiry on here, their "internet sales manager" replied, never addressed my questions just resent the posting. Yeah thanks guy I can read that's... how I found you. Was extremely short and unprofessional via e-mail. Sorry I'm not driving 40 minutes for a car that may not even be there. He didn't seemed concerned about getting my business so I looked elsewhere.
Id shopped around for the cat I wanted and found it at Crestwood. The purchase process was being handled through my out of state credit union. Aside from... the over anxious salesman calling several times within a 15 minute time span the process was smooth. My bank sent a check and the car was paid in full. No warranty was offered during the final signing of papers. 2 weeks and two days after driving thr car home the car began overheating and after 2 mechanics we find out the car had a leaking radiator and needs to be completely replaced and Crestwood refuses to pay any portion of this repair even with the mechanic stating the issue has been going on prior to my purchase. Moral to the story? Once they get your money there is no more service. Shady.
Quick process, professional, had all the options ready for review. Would buy next vehicle from them as well
