Patrick helped us out and there was absolutely no cheezy sales pressure. We ended up with an excellent vehicle in great condition even after having our... mechanic look at it. There were even surprise features on the vehicle that they had not put on the listing such as Bluetooth, backup assist and sunroof. Carz honored their previous sales price on the vehicle and the additional warranty options were well explained. Great experience!
Just purchased a 2004 Toyota Solara Convertible from Carz . They offer a great value and selection of cars, and the salesman that I worked with, Israel... and Peter were just great! They just provided me with the car facts that I needed to know, and answered all my questions, I must complement Peter because he was very patient in working with me on the sale even though there were others at the dealer very interested in purchasing the same vehicle. They never contacted me about a car I was interested in so I gave up on them and I am now searching other web sites looking for a car.
This dealership posted a car for a price...and after ininquiring about the vehicle the dealership calls me back to say the car is $1000 more than the listed... price. So I try talking to the manager/ owner. WOW! Talk about bad business. He informs me it was a typo and not only does the vehicle cost more , but there's no financing on it so It'll have to be a cash purchase. No big deal. So I ask my fiance to call about the car and apparently they can finance the vehicle. I guess the owner plans to pass on his mistake to the customer. I'll never recommend this place to anyone... not even someone I don't like.

I was sold a truck and three days later the belts went out. the A/C started smoking and the break and rotors needed to be replaced. plus a new battery.... I think they knew things were wrong but never told me. They wanted me to buy a maintenance plan that cost way to much so maybe my mistake but when your told the car/truck is in good condition you want to believe what they say.
