    We found a car that fit our requirements on Cars.com, at Courtesy Automotive in Conyers. We went to the dealer and asked for the salesman listed in the ad. This was the Internet Manager, Tony Goudy. He was a most pleasant person, easy to talk with, and conscientious about his work. The car was brought out to us, we test drove it, worked our deal, closed, and were out the door with our 'new' car in two hours - a record for any dealership I've been to! The entire experience was smooth and pleasant, and we are happy with our car.

    I arrived at 6:40am so I could be the first to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I know the Quick Lane opens at 7:00. I was waited on immediately when the door opened. After I was written up for service it seemed a little long before my truck was taken back to be serviced. It was not taken in till about 7:20am. I am not complaining but I would suggest that if a customer arrives early to get out early for other appointments his or her vehicle should go in for service immediately after being written up."Just a thought" There may have been good reason for the delay. However, I received good service and the shop did a good job. I really appreciate the free Truck wash. Good price for Oil & Tire rotation. Again, when my truck was delivered to the parking lot and paper work came in. It seemed to take a while to get my Truck after it was finished. Altogether about 25 Minutes was taken to get my truck in and to pay for the work and get my truck. The work took a reasonable amount of time. So just a thought. Otherwise everything went well. l will be back next oil change.

    I went for an oil change and wasted 6 hours because they put tires on that I didn't ask for and they still charged me for the oil change.

    I bought a 2017 F-150 on 11-21-17 at Courtesy Ford in Conyers. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences that I have had. I called about a certain truck and told sales rep. that I would be the next day to see it. I arrived and he was waiting with keys in hand. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. no problems. Great......

    The good upfront is that their service department is excellent. I would never buy another car from Courtesy again though. Once the deal is done don't expect their help to modify the warranty which they say you can cancel at any time. It's been six weeks and they still haven't processed the refund. They also sold me a car with a bad clutch. The service department was great about the repair yet the dealer as a whole ignored me for quite awhile. Trying to get anyone to return your call after the purchase is impossible. I'm still waiting and it's been 6 weeks.
