Bought a brand new Tucson this morning!

Bought a brand new Tucson this morning! My salesperson, Trent DeLancey was amazing. He worked on it until he got exactly what I wanted. Then he showed me everything about how to navigate the vehicle. He’s amazing as well as the rest of the team at Jason Pilger!! Go now!! You can’t go wrong!

Service center charged $2500 to replace censors and

Service center charged $2500 to replace censors and change break pads. Took 5 hrs. Told husband it would be $182 for computer test and $53 x 2 for sensors and would replace brake pads at unknown $$. It would take 2 hours. Charged for 7 hours and gave husband bill. He about had a heart attack. They took the bill and came back with $1,350. We have bought 3 cars from this dealer and planning to buy a Palisade in a month but we will never give them a dollar. They should make this right. Manager was called but he was rude and threating me as a business owner.

I thought it was good dealership but i was wrong.

I thought it was good dealership but i was wrong. More I look at deal I feel I got ripped off. Now stuck with ev I don't like and offers after leasing that didn't co.e to be with charging station I was suppose get deal on come find out they want 2000 dollars for it. Was suppose get adapter to use othe charging stations it never happened. Nothing like getting lied to just get sale. Now in process trading it for different brand

Try to set up an appointment to get my paint looked at

Try to set up an appointment to get my paint looked at per Hyundai USA customer service and did nothing. Didn’t even care. Wouldn’t even make me an appointment to look at it “after I told them Hyundai USA told me to do make the appointment knowing my mileage and year and situation” because it was out of warranty but this is clearly a manufacture defect on a 2021 vehicle and there is many lawsuits and claims against Hyundais white paint having issues. There’s even a Facebook page name Hyundai paint peel with all of the problems and people getting them fixed for free or a small percentage of payment needed because they recognize it’s a defect in the paint. Will bring my business to another Hyundai dealer.

Our sales contact Trent & sales manager Moe, took care of our needs & concerns regarding our trade & pre owned 2024 Kia Telluride. Bought and traded same day, my wife loved the car and Trent was gracious & respectful on getting us best deal and taking delivery.. 5 stars

Service department has high pressure sale by manger to push off not oil additive and align . To push up there sales to make for the free service agreement. I'm have 50 years maintenance background experience in Machinery.

This is a great place to buy a car BUT the worst place to

This is a great place to buy a car BUT the worst place to go for service. The service department is just looking for money anyway, any how they can get it. the service prices are highly inflated and they "recommend" services you don't need just so they can get your money. Also when they don't do anything on the car or aren't able to fix your issue they still charge for a diagnostic which is frustrating.
