Gormley's Auto Center

I am writing a review Bc one star is being nice. I brought 4 cars paid for in full brought many of customers to this dealership. I do not know if it’s new management but this is a horrible situation. The car is in the shop more then being driven. The car was told it was fixed for the 7th time and Gormely’s made a huge mistake causing a major safety issue. The car is being paid for on time every month and every other month it’s in the shop. Promises was made about a new contract a new car none head met. No one is picking up the phone or responding to emails but will call about payment for the car they have supposedly being fixed. Brake line was cut by a mistake after being in the shop for weeks. Now for more weeks. How do you fix a car as you say and then you pick it up the car has no brakes. This is ridiculous. I need someone to help me. My family members is being robbed being treated unfairly.
